Porsche 996 GT3 MK2 - BTG

BTG 7:45 - Gefahren auf dem Schnelle Schwaben Trackday am 13.05.2024.
Döttinger Höhe offen, aber bis zur Ausfahrt hinter dem Abschlepper.
Erster Track Day dieses Jahr und Umstieg von Cup2 auf den A052. Also noch etwas verhalten und im Luftdruckfindungsmodus. Mishift, Limiter, 3x Verkehr, Hedwigshöhe bis Brünnchen größtenteils abgetrocknet aber vorsichtig. Driver's excuses Ende, da geht noch was ;-)

Yes, very happy. Was the big setup on the scale. The car is super stable.
I did this 2022 I guess, but with the Cup2s.
For this year I switched to the A052 (nothing wrong with the Cup2!) wich a are slightly wider and higher, now it rubs here and there (not at all with the stock dimensions and the car is really low 😬). Maybe that could use an adjustment.

Oh that's good. I had the new Manthey KW's put on my 996.2 Gt3 in June 23 by Manthey. Unfortunately the setup was not optimal at all with the rear not following the front. Anyway after involvement from the Manthey team including Lars Kern we swapped spring rates, adjusted dampers and made setup up differently and now car is 👌. At Manthey day in a couple of weeks to try it out properly. Stay tuned...

@@realstradman Great to hear. I now need to ramp up the pace a bit to get everything more to the limit. Maybe we need some adjustment then...have fun at the Manthey Day! I guess, I will be back in July...way to long of a break 🥲
