What is Peepy? What do they have to do with Sucklet?

Peepy, from Itemlabel. They are very cool, very cool indeed, and about as cool as the Sucklet. In this video I attempt to explain some of the underlying lore in the music videos, and point out what this creature could be, as well as what it's behavior could represent.
