At it's peak Covid-19 had a nearly 1.8% death rate, now with Omicron it is much closer to 0.8%. Seasonal Influezena has a 0.05% death rate. The Spanish flu had a 4% death rate and was extremely contagious.

Considering the dead to recovered ratio it's 6.5% percent, it might grow even higher since more symptoms are being discovered and not every death it's caused has been registered.

Me when I see the mortality rate for Tetanus is 25%: something’s wrong, I can feel it.
Tetanus isn't deadly with proper treatment, but in poorly developed countries, the chances of dying from it are significantly higher, due to the lack of proper healthcare.
Other things that have 100% mortality: trying to get good grades, telling your mom that spanking didn’t hurt, forgetting to get some milk that your mom asked for, phone call from school and telling your mom not right now.
