This is what every security company should strive for. Absolutely top-notch in every conceivable way, just an exemplary display of professionalism across the board. I don't know how owners of your typical cheapskate security company can exist anywhere near Arcadia and not feel deep embarrassment and shame for falling so far short.
Because they're making good money off the contracts. Most security companies have no desire to be this professional, they do the bare minimum and our fine with keeping bodies on site. If there were more companies like this nationwide the turnover rate wouldn't be so high. Some people move to law enough because it's hard to find a security company worth staying with.
As a first responder is well known that private security have a stigma due to some of the acting way above their "Jurisdiction" and overreaching by doing more than what they are allowed thinking they are cops. It is nice seeing a company that is able to do their job in a professional manner without playing to be cops. Amazing job from Arcadia!
@danielworley5087 you're wrong. We can arrest for ANY crime, and it does NOT have to be in front of us. Nevada even allows for private security to arrest on probable cause. However, our policies restrict what and when our officers are allowed to make an arrest.
Hey Guys.... Cool content, fellow Armed Security Professional of 14 years from Texas. Always something to learn from others and brush up on your own skills. Great video Sgt Herrera
Respectfully, these security guards do not do 1/10 of the training we go through. I will admit that this company appears to be more professional than any other security company ive dealt with when i have calls on their property. @atlas803
@@atlas803these guys absolutely do not get the same amount of training as peace officers. These guys aren’t going to a six month full time academy and then an additional six month field training program on top of state mandated continuing professional training which has to be done yearly. In Nevada (which is where they’re located) a guard only is required to take a sixteen hour firearms training class to be an armed guard.
@ tbh you wanna get in police work before 25 there’s a lot of departments that will hire you with a collage degree and sponsor you to an academy / collage academy. And to be that security you gotta do similar stuff.
I use to work in a company like that doing that type of work patrolling cars tenet was calling dispatch and go take care of the problems I got one cop working for a security company
Babe, wake up. Our favourite private security company just posted again.
You guys should make these type of videos 45 minutes long.. love these type of videos and could watch them all day
Probably the most professional looking security company I've ever seen.

Did you know security officers can make arrests but it has to be a felony offense and it has to happen right in front of them

Any recommendations where I can get my guard card in Texas?
Finallllllly another video! More more more!
If I was going to get back into security I’d want to work for a company like this
This new style of armed security is almost as if they are PRIVATE POLICE 😮
pretty much. they’re security officers which require the same degree/training as a real police officer.
@@atlas803pretty much. which is why im REALLY wanting to open up my own PPO

Pretty cool watching a security company operate like a police department
I wish Arcadia was in Florida I’d love to apply coming from former LEO career.

I’ve watched these guys for years. They are in many ways so much more professional than many law enforcement agencies.
