As a result of my question I want to make a comment now. My son got a nice place to live at the Beaty Towers, a two bed room, kitchen and bath for four guys. I don't know how much other people pay, but we don't pay any money so far. School, room&board plus $1000 in my son's account covered by the tuition! Also because he has 51 college credits from high school, he got red and red 1 parking.

Not entirely sure. If it’s the Murphree area I do believe they are separate rooms, however they are quite small.
Does FAFSA or Bright Future covers part of housing? Please help...

Yes, I’d say that’s in a pretty good location. Fairly social but also offers plenty of space to study. Walking distance to everything on campus.

What are the best apartments for freshman?
May have changed a bit since I graduated, but the Standard is def the most popular. I lived in College Park at Midtown for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. So many options, but anything close to University Ave would be the best.
