Proof that this mold may not be perfect but it's far from the worst. With just a little paint and some customization you can really make it stand out.

Missed the back web detail and the spider logo is slightly off also I’d use the killmonger hands too cause the tobey hands are inaccurate

Great quality custom but it looks off to me. I think even this version of Venom should still be a bit bigger and more muscular than Spiderman so his head doesn't look right on that body. Beautiful work regardless keep up the good work.
in the movie he was around the same height and build as spider-man
Also 1:22 id buy a dremmel to make things alot easier in cutting into where the mold is glued together
I have a dremmel honestly never thought of that lol the thin cutting wheel terrifies me
@loopercustoms the wheel isnt that dangerous ive tried it on wood and plastic just dont have a limp wrist when sawing down and use a lower power setting so it simply stops cutting if it catches on a hard part when cutting
00:55 dip the figure in hot water and then use the fork technique because doing it like that can rip the plastic and/or stretch it
I had heated it up a few times and tried the fork but those shoulders were just really in there
@loopercustoms did you try near boiling water?
@@KyrieEleiso_n yeah I tried keeping it in even boiling water for a couple of minutes and no luck. My first one came out pretty easily but this one was locked in there
@@loopercustoms could it be that a sort of air bubble formed? For some figures like a scarlett spider i worked on the arm joints wouldnt pop until i shook it in the water and little air bubbles came up and thats when it loosened up easily

“try not to damage moving parts” yes like your fingers, be careful so you don’t stab yourselves with a flathead screwdriver cause that shit hurts

Kidding lol yeah I have learned the hard way to be careful with exacto knives.
you can make a different head sculpt without the mouth and slightly smaller eyes would be a cool black suit spider man ngl

I tried and the dye was fine but not great.
Would still need to paint it black and then repaint the weblines.

why didnt you put a hole in the middle of torso for a pin in the other chest to align, to make it easier to glue anf match
I tried that a couple of times but with the space in there and how I wanted to align the print supports it wasn't really helping that much in the end
ok but can i buy one of the completed figures?
I try to dye some figures and after couple of days the color comes off and looks very lighter on the figure. Why is that? But the way don't you think venom need bigger hands? That hands are to tiny for him😂
Some figures might still have mold release on them from the factory or use a different plastic.
Make sure you wash the figure with warm water and dish soap before and after and when it dries spray it with a clear coat.

what would you say size wise would be better on the original venom spiderman 3 hasbro figure? 1/12 or 1/10 and where did u buy the smaller head from
1/12 I don't own it but from videos he is about normal Marvel Legends size.

His head is a little big
