- use a pair of clippers to pry out the margin - as shown in the video - try and keep some of it otherwise you cannot reassemble it back.
- once all margin is out of the way and you can remove the plastic bit (plug) - inside it there is a plastic stick with a rounded tip - that enters the silver metal tip - you need to press that plastic also with the clippers - to allow it to release itself from the silvery metal tip/contact.
