I like how Melt’s buff now lets her buff removal act first. It makes her a good boss killer. However, I do think they need to give love to other servants as well.
If funny how a small change can make or break a servant, they didn't give her anything new besides increasing her damage, but just having all her effects before the damage just made her one of the best ST now. Hopefully they decided to do the same for more servants, because I still can't understand why they have to make effects trigger after damage.

I think Kiritsugu could get some lore-friendly buffs, like mage-killer something, or other "class-changing" stuff. Does anyone even remember Irisviel? And of course there is Artemis. I got spooked by her up to NP3, but man she's useless. Her NP gain sucks even with double Castoria, the 1 turn buffs suck too. Lvl 90 Euryale literally outshines Artemis in every aspect, especially cost-wise.
I feel like this is a waste of rankup. I feel like doing things like this should just be a note about character adjustments because all thats changed is the damage and the order of things and she didnt need the damage boost all that much. Passionlip i would say the only skill that needs buffing is her 3rd skill to maybe give her a battery and remove the demerits other than that i think she is fine. Sigurd Desperately needs buffs either his 1st or 3rd but now even his NP kind of deserves another buff because what were they thinking giving melt that level of NP buff because sigurd only gets a slight buff sigurd just needs several buffs at this point to really fix him and 5 star units that are lacking should be getting buffs much quicker compared to other units first. he is starving for buffs compared to melt and he is probably the current worst 5 star saber and even some 4 star sabers are better than him give him his good buff please. William Tell just needs a way to guarantee he can get his marking because other than that he is decent. Caesar could use a buff to his 1st or 2nd skill but otherwise hes usable. David could use some buffs to his 1st and 3rd skills they kind of aged out. Emiya Assassin could also a skill buff for his 1st and 3rd skills BB is already strong enough i dont know where you would give her the buff I think she is fine as is.
To say Passionlip has been done dirty is an understatement of an understatement. - Was put in as a 4* and is to date still the ONLY 4* Sakura 5 member(By default the "worst" one) - Lore-wise best Sakura 5 member in terms of raw strength, but has lower attack stat than Kingprotea - The most heavily censored character in the entire game, despite "worse" existing like Summer Kama - Gets a "Costume" that has no visual change at all - Doesn't get a Summer version despite her direct "Sister" Melt getting one over 5 years ago - First Skill buff is intentionally under tuned so she cannot Buster Loop - Second Skill buff does literally nothing, and will never be useful - Third Skill is currently unbuffed & has an archaic demerit on it, with a useless death gimmick - NP is a wet noodle, with a useless overcharge effect for anything but stall teams - Is a "tank", but all her def buffs only last for one turn, has no evade, invuln, or guts & has low HP - Every single character around her gets a buff, sometimes even a buff over a already buffed skill or NP. Honestly, looking at all the evidence I think her chances of getting a buff is less than 10%, her chances of getting an actually impactful buff is less than 1%. Her chances of getting 5* version are probably less than 5% at this point. We've had two events centered around Sakura 5 members now, and she's gotten nothing, actually less than nothing. The most insultingly bad "costume" anyone has ever seen. I genuinely thought that adding Kazuradrop as a 5* and a "Summer" was the end of their hate. Nah, we're gonna buff Melt, who we already made strictly better than Passionlip since day 1 of their introduction into the game, just to make SURE our players know we loathe her, despise her. All while peddling the absolutely bullshit lie that they cannot give her a summer, and HAD to censor the ever loving shit out of her, because "boo hoo, Apple store regulations", now excuse me as we release servants who are literally naked and Azur Lane is releasing softcore under the same rating. Ok, keep lying about it, i'm sure some idiot somewhere will fall for it.
I am very close to say F this game. Kazurdrop already was over the top especially with the banana joke, and Melt gaining a NP gain as Quick... the other buff fine, but a 400 NP buff as Quick LMAO. Passionlip costume was already shitty.. they just balance with their behind whatever they want. whenever they want.

Rolled for her but only got Scheherazade, yang Qin, np2 Huang Feihu, and my second Siegfried off of around 420 sq at least three of them were new
