Thank you for making this video. Just bought one of these, it's my first Harley. I need to get my tires changed and needed this.

I do bikes, always have several, have changed rear tires, but my wide glide is first bike I've had long enough to need to change front tire......and with my current stable they all are getting close
Having never removed front tire on bike I had to look it up.... normally watch video then look in book, after this video I don't believe I need to look in book
Other poster said you don't need to remove fork end cap......but it looks to me like removing end cap will make it much easier to put wheel back on
After I go get tire changed I'll watch your putting it back on video

Do i need to remove rotor when i take it to get tire changed or will they do it?

I didn't watch the putting it back on
I asked my Harley mechanic about removing or loosening fork end cap
He said if tire is raised off ground then remove, but he has bike supported so that the tire is on ground, since he doesn't need to raise the tire he only loosens the end cap

You dont need to completely remove the right fork leg end cap. Just loosen the two bolts enough to let the axle rotate.
