He gets more recognition than the other 😊top Python hunters. Amy Siewe and Dave Roberts catch way more pythons. Mathew Concepcion caught 28 in a contest.
I think Trapper Mike needs his own show on Discovery. With all the stuff he does, he could totally do a show. Maybe even catch more invasive species cause he wouldn’t have to deal so much with production side of things

A tip from Mike and start using dogs! They are so far the most efficient and effective way to find them and more importantly the nests!certainly from what I have seen!

Great video! I would have needed a few Coors light before the hunt and after, and especially if I had gotten bit. I don’t like snakes at all but a long time ago I had a buddy who took me to South Georgia and wanted to look for rattlesnakes in some gopher tortoises holes. Lucky for me that we didn’t find any! Kinda sketchy! Y’all take care, see ya soon!

Our python problem started from a breeding facility when hurricane Andrew came thru that's what caused this whole problem no matter what anyone says n no there were no sightings in the 60s 70s or 80s I'm born n raised here n my father has been here since 54

Otto has made all of the difference. Mike was catching pythons before using dogs but now he can remove the big ones that were too well hidden from the naked eye.
