In the beginning Logan says he is Fenrir's Fury. Fenrir is a wolf god from Norse mythology. Child of Loki. The sticks on the ground are the runes (combined symbols) for Fenrir. So Logan is paying homage to Fenrir in the beginning. When Magneto shows up, pay attention to the voices and him being blind in one eye. These clues let's you know that this is Odin, father of the gods. So in this world, Odin and Magneto are the same person. Heck of a way to mix those two worlds into this one. I loved your reactions. Tbh that evolution of the mutant gene sounds more realistic to me. The claws are bone and can be broken, but thanks to his healing factor, they grow back.
In the last fight scene after he gets his claws cut off. The guy who he removes his jaw. Focus on that fight scene. He stabbed them through the hand then proceeds to stab them in the chest like 5 times and then he cuts his jaw.off

This is Logan the Wolf (Norse). Someone in the same species of bone claw mutants. Also...with the one eye, Magneto is similar in appearance to Odin.
Also, Logan even in main continuity was adopted into a wolf pack. He named himself after a Wolverine because of it's tenacity in battle against larger foes. Such as his pack
I've watched this a dozen times and I just noticed that near the end, the guy that gets his jaw ripped off actually caught Logans punch before hand and he regenerated his claws through his hand. Fuckin fire
It's not game of thrones,they are vikings,and his claws got cut off,they regenerate during the fight,a guy catches a punch after his arm is cut off and logan pops the new claws right through his hand.

I like the fact that the soldiers were all pros and that they held their own, even tried to bottleneck him. Also how they kept shooting him on the “high ground” because of his height. Also how they chopped off his bone claws and it took time for them to grow back. Should be a series or movie with a bigger budget or maybe this Wolverine vs Prey on Hulu
I think it’s better then the church scene in kings men and that’s saying a lot. These people have made something 100% better then Hollywood and it proves people still will watch a superhero movie if it’s done right and made this this kind of care and ability

I think it was his family being attacked and how he still has that traumatic part which made him hate humans.
