This is brilliant. If you play drums you’re gonna be able to notice the high level techniques from Sarah. I haven’t seen anything so original in a long time. Well done Sarah
It’s just the way it happened for her! It’s the fact that she can play Bop very well but is grounded in traditional Indian rhythms and is into modern gospel chop style funk as well… And the tongue and foot on snare drum helps 😂 😮
Amazing sound. Incredibly tight trio. Been binge watching this performance non-stop for the past 10 days and it won't quit sounding amazing for a single second. The type of sound my brain craves for.
Ooh I am so excited to see a show MI from you - it's like watching a legend in the making and one day this will be a classic video studied by the next generation... Watching your career as it develops, very happy to see you succeed!

I bought that drum set in 1994 exact color but mine had a hanging floor Tom which I wish I wouldn’t have got but weckl and Vinnie were so big at the time and I was influenced by those guys. Almost immediately I realized I didn’t want a 14 x 12 floor Tom.
Wow. Logan went to school with my kids and was in jazz band with my son and played at my house a few times. He told me I was the first good drummer he ever played with. See kids if you practice your rudiments you can play diddles like Sarah Too (only slower) lol
I don't want to read anyone, this is probably music I don't understand, but I grew up in a house where playing music was the only way out. My comment is, why aren't the other two on stage subordinate to the tempo being layed out before them by the drummer. Moreso, I really wish they had been because Sarah didn't drop tempo once in that opening -haven't watched the whole thing yet but we'll see
Instead of telling you, that you're a of best striking musicians ever, have to ask, what kind of stack do you use, that is sounds like several claps at one time?))
I thought I was listening at 1.5x speed. Super-clean.

Very pro druming
Many world-class top drummers were before you so : congratulations!
How does this bassist and drummer play with that intensity for that long?
Eat this, JD Beck :-D
