This King James bible verse says volumes: 1Timothy 1:9 "Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers.." God gave us the 10 commandments to protect us. Look at the havoc it has caused to society, family's, professionals and numerous others when we kill, commit adultery, steal, covet and bear false witness. If mankind won't obey God, it will only get worse.

Delays to trials are almost solely a function of the defense asking for delays. If the defense demands a speedy trial they can not be delayed by the State without agreeing to the delay

a question on Le Neves testimony, as she stated they sample both sides of glove at once, rather than isolating the sample to palm and back of hand?
is it possible the gloves only had GSR on the palm which would possibly indicate that only contact from touching fired weapon/ammo, as oppose to there being no trace on the back of the glove would suggest a gun wasnt actually fired wearing them? i find it a bit odd they done isolate each side of the glove for this reason?
surely the defence could take this angle?

@@sueannnatter5295 I thought resting bitch face was self-explanatory, but I'm happy to provide an explanation for you.
It's a plastic and reconstructive surgery description for when a person gets older and gravity causes them to have a frown on their face when it's at rest. The older a person gets, the worse this frown will become, unless the person takes active steps to combat it. The easiest way to combat resting bitch face is to be aware of it and consciously hold your mouth in a neutral position, neutral like Grant Amato's face. I think it's obvious that people with resting bitch face don't look their best. That's the context of my use of resting bitch face. If you need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask.
