For the fan, don’t put a bigger fuse. Your gonna risk burning a wire. Use that factory wire as a trigger for a relay. Put it in a 40amo relay and you will be fine.

NOT gonna lie, that looks like a lot of fun. All Turbo honda's in general looks like fun ....
They are alot of fun when they're built well. I've owned quite a few of them at this point and I can tell you that they're more than capable of putting a smile on your face and surprising people on the street. My current EJ8 Civic coupe makes 612 whp and runs 9s...but you don't need anywhere near that much power for it to be alot of fun. This dude's Civic is probably only making 300 whp and that's plenty for the street. After 400 whp in these cars it just starts to get dangerous on the street.
Big Turbo EJ8 I see people turbo stock motors and get good power out of them ?? Do you guys drop the compression to make that much power on boost or do you keep high comp ?

@@CCDVIDEO never go high comp when boost it's only good going na but low comp hell yea throw a turbo on and you'll be good

Even if it’s all motar and you put some money and time into them especially k series they’re crazy

I love the sound of a turbo d series.... Just something about it. Better than b, h , f or k....
I made 612 whp at 22.5 psi with my fully built LSVTEC with a Garrett GTX3582R in my EJ8 Civic coupe. The only reason why we stopped there is because the turbo's exhaust housing was a .63 A/R and it was choking it off up top. I just bought a 1.06 housing for it so this year baby girl is going to throw down. At 612 whp it was spinning both front Toyo R888Rs in 4th gear at 80 mph...it's scary.

they do need to have the same springs cause if not then one of them will be working (the more delicate one) and the other one is not even going to open and it wont make sense to have 2 waste gates if only one is going to work

Use a role of gum foil wrap it up in a circle and put it in as a fuse if it’s an actual short it will burn the wrapper if not it will work as the best fuse ever (some risk included)

Put another relay closer to the fan with nice fat wire and use the stock wire to trigger the relay
use a single 60mm wastegate and control with hondata electronic boost control solenoid.
