Yet another mix that people SERIOUSLY NEED when they're about to get on a gigantic pirate ship and set sail on legendary adventure. Then when you're a 155 year old grandfather, you'll turn that legendary adventure into the year's number 1 best selling adventure book.🏴☠️📖👍
Wolves of the Sea is definitely some epic Final Boss music!
Destination Tortuga
+Shew Booboo Hellouw Trafalgar Law
yep
@@PopCrusher it good either way
@@PopCrusher, sounds pretty sweet, actually.
YES !!! Finally some real pirate music, not POTC rip-offs 🎉🎊
Ikr!
Couldn't agree more. It's always refreshing to hear truly original content, not just rip offs of Hans Zimmer's OST and composition for the Pirates of the Caribbean films. You can tell he took some inspiration from existing Pirate Metal bands that have existed since the 1980s but aside from that these tracks are highly unique and do a wonderful job painting a narrative in one's mind of the time period. You kinda feel like you're in Nassau here!
01:02-01:03 sounds very familiar though...
Could always use more. I play an alternate 1930's Sky Pirate myself. Love the pirate metal and the likes. Like AleStorm. Not GaleStorm.. ALE STORM.

You ever finish that book? Anywhere to read it?
@@darthrevan1712 I didn't expect a response 5 years later omg. I did write a short story, but it's in Spanish
@@ela7green I just saw this video and this post haha. I can't read much spanish sadly, but congrats on writing the book! Don't know who you are, but I am very proud of you!
@@darthrevan1712 He said short story lol

Listening while reading my One Piece manga and let me tell you, it goes together so great
Brilliant mate. Usually I just stream music on Spotify during my DnD sessions, but apparently creators make no money from that at all. Instead I'm turning off my adblocker and using an ad muter instead. I recommend everyone do this.
i use this for my dnd homebrew campaign wich is a pirate based adventure. awesome combat music i love it so much!
I'm writing a pirate book and you have no idea how helpful this music is for thematic concentration! Awesome stuff! You've got a new subscriber!
Is it possible to read the book anywhere it sounds interesting :)
Here's some more pirate music Mr Musker! "World's Most Epic Pirate Music Mix | 1-Hour Mix." I put down the name rather then the link as I know that people post links with viruses in so there is the name ^ up there ^ enjoy!!
what is the name of your book, I would love to read it!! Big fan of pirates you see.
Is it finished? Can I read it somewhere?
Sorry, lads and lasses. Book is nowhere near done as I've been dealing with severe writers block for over two years now. Just haven't found the right inspiration yet.
Barbarossa !!!...so epic and amazing!Thank you for the music ! All the album is great!

You've done it again Antii! Congratulations on a wonderful offering of great music. This is a tour of epic proportions into the land and sea of the pirate. Epic!
This needs way more views and recognition. Fantastic stuff, thanks for sharing!
Thank ye cap'n Marti :D
Absolutely out of this world. thank you so uplifting. just what i need
Great post from a great composer . Million thanks 4 sharing your great work Mr. Antti Martikainen
This is massively impressive original content and so refreshing to see something that's not just a Hans Zimmer compositional rip off of material found in the OST of Pirates of the Caribbean. That's the sort of thing you see on UA-cam if it is not Hans Zimmer's original score. Kudos for sharing this! That last track "Dead Man's Tale" has a really strong finish too! I love it.
Thanks lad!
Antti this is seriously impressive. My favourite is probably track 5 - but really this is one of the best albums and comparable to my listening pleasure with Linken Park - Hybrid Theory, Muse - Origin of Symmetry and Maksim Mrvica - The Piano Player. It's a real treat.
Thank you for the fantastic journey! :)
capitaine! j'entends a babords une musique enveloppante ! 💣🎶🎵🌊⚓⛵🔗

Прекрасная работа! очень хороший альбом! Тема пиратов раскрыта!
4 Port Royal 18:33 Literally Monkey Island XD Love it. Also I love how it sails the world, because they're pirates. I heard the Caribbean, Spain, and China.
Heard this music again recently in a trailer Steam showed me for "Pirates of the Polygon Sea." Hope they payed you well for it - great music!
my favorite one is the first one set sail for the golden age, It is an epic song
I'm listening this while playing Naval Action!!!
I'm bored, so I'm going to make a short excerpt based on the music.
"Take down the sails!"
"Keep those ropes taught!"
"Get down from the mast!"
Shouts came form every direction. Every moment, another cry. Thunder and shouts comepted for my ears attention, and creaking of the tired ship filled in the gaps. Thunder and lightning played deadly games in the dark grey skies. Water rose and fell like empires. The storm danced around us. Wind whipped at my hands, and the bitter cold bit at my hands. Rain poured, beating on my skin like it was a drum, soaking my clothes to the bone and making me feel like a laundry rag.
"Hey! Landlubber!"
Of course, that was me.
"Captain!" I replied immediately.
"The mast doesn't look good. Check it out and fix it,"
I looked back at the creaking mast. WIth each sway of the ship, not only did I get queasier, but the mast seemed to bend and move like a drunkard.
"Are... you sure?"
"Yes I am sure! Get moving!"
I quickly let go of the rope I was holding onto and moved to the mast. I looked around it on all sides, making sure to hold onto something as I did. As I moved, I nearly slipped a few times on the waterlogged ship, or tripped on a coil of rope somewhere. I observed the mast, and found many small cracks in it. Must be the strain of the boat, I thought.
I took out some rope I had on me. I was one of the ship's carpenters, so I had plenty of extra rope and some glue I could use to repair a boat.
"Come on Simeon... you can do this..."
I took out the glue and tried to smear it in the cracks appearing in the mast. It wasn't good, but it would help it survive the storm. I took out some rope I had on my and started to tied the parts I could, and started tying down the mast.
"Phew, that oughtta do,"
If anybody wants to they can continue this in the replies, or just use this for a story or soemthing. Go ahead, but if you wanna use this remember who made it.
super
YESS i waited for this, no need for pesky playlists anymore :DDD
Ahh, the feeling! The Finish/Norwegian genes within me really resonated with this, will it come after the Fimbulwinter?

Only 1 person I can see talking about Wolves of the Sea. I feel it is the best song on this track list. Perfect for playing Vampire Coast Pirates on Warhammer Total War 2.
Best music to play while in an atoll Civ map. :)
your music give inspiration....can I quote you when my tabletop rpg is release ?
Dammit, now i have to clean all these barnacles off my screen.

Part of #10 Wolves of the Sea sounds coincidentally enough, exactly like part of Sunk'n Norwegian by Alestorm (a pirate metal band).
I believe you mean THE pirate metal band.
@@Moussemoose Indeed!
An important message to you Antti Martikainen. Will you give a concert with Marcus Warner with his album oceans I think that these albums oceans and set sail for the golden age connect perfectly to each other. Want you please thinking about this tip and your album is wonderful and fantastic. ;)
No New Horizons or Treasure Cove? Those are your best pirates songs!

One! More! Drink! at the Sunken Norwegian!
(I know, it's a bit different, but a bit similar at the same time)
great! avast the Jolly Roger! :D
No Hymn of the High Seas? Sadness.
The first one sounds metal and the seventh one is Arabic. But the third one sounds Celtic.
There were Celtic pirates, and Arabic ones too....they once ranged everywhere from the Caribbean to the South China Sea, and the last ones I heard about were in the Gulf of Onan. Basically, wherever you get assholles with ships and weapons, you get pirates!
