- Death entered the world after sin, but Adam and Eve ate plants before sin. Clearly plants 'died' before sin. In this short clip we explain why this does not violate the 'no sin before death' principle.

Thanks for pointing out the important distinction. Perhaps Adam and Eve had a reference point in a sense for when they saw a plant wither or 'die" they could imagine if they were to be like a "dead" plant when God warned them of the consequence of eating of the forbidden fruit.
Amen! Good job CMI
read evolution as 'random' when you see it written.
So insects are considered living creatures?
I would say that insects are living creatures 👍
Insects are not considered 'nephesh chayyah' by God. For more details see the full episode beginning here: ua-cam.com/video/OBEXcgwhJrQ/v-deo.html
@@CMIVideo Okay I just watched that video.
I do get the clarification you are making between (plants and insects vs animals with blood and them mankind made in God's image.)
At the same time, when just talking about insects to the secular world, I would not just say to them "insects are not alive ".
If I were taking to Christians it's definitely right to nuance the answer 👍
