Why are they making every hero "begginer friendly"? Mastering a hard to use hero is what makes it good. If you master a hard to use hero then the prize is becoming unstoppable in battle. The updates this year aren't necessary. Still not entirely happy about what they did to my Zhask, I used to 2-3 hits enemies but now it's just entirely different on how I burst my enemies.
keep the boat because that's what makes yisunshin, yisunshin(if its for balance then i suggest just lowering the total movement speedboost gain from his boat. maybe only about plus 20%-25% since it is just a simple boat by the looks of it)
the JG clear would be insane with the passive change which is great but the ult change and surfboard was unnecessary af, you could just give YSS the new passive and keep his other skills, the ult was never meant to be a damge dealer, its main use was gaining info

Add a little slow to his ult 4. Increase his base attributes, +10 movement speed, + 30-47 attck. +10 physical and magic defence and +500 HP. ANY ONE OR TWO OF THESE IS FINE!!!!!!
Why not both?. Keep the old ult and the new one could be a second ult. Make it so that you can only use one ult at a time, depending on your situation.
if enemy have natalia and helcrut and we can't gather stack how will we use it, before it was useful to know the enemy position. we just needed a smooth change between his weapon attack for jungling.
