  • We did more hot topics with Brandy and Julie. There was a follow up on Quiet on Set in which the star of Blue Clues speaks out. Sister Wives is back and more disturbing than ever and we can’t get enough of it. And a woman finds her husband who ghosted her. Then I have the star of Buying Beverly Hills - Michelle Schwartz. She tells about how she got hired for the second season and we learn about how she met Mauricio and her thoughts when Mauricio's daughters served her on the show and how she felt about it.

Weird take for Brandy to say people who get hush money should honor the contract and stay quiet. Um no, ma’am, we’re talking about child abuse here. There is only one answer and that’s to speak up. We’re not protecting pedophiles, contract or not.

“If an NDA involves illegal activities, such as fraud, theft, or any other unlawful acts, the agreement cannot be used to evade legal responsibility or protect the wrongdoers.”
“When it comes to NDAs, they are typically used to protect confidential information, trade secrets, or sensitive data. They are commonly used in business settings, employment contracts, and various legal agreements. However, it's important to note that NDAs cannot be used to shield or protect individuals or organizations from the consequences of illegal activities.
The purpose of an NDA is to ensure that parties involved keep certain information confidential. It helps maintain trust and prevents the unauthorized disclosure of valuable or sensitive information. However, if the subject matter of the NDA involves illegal activities, such as fraud, theft, or any other unlawful acts, the agreement cannot be used to evade legal responsibility or protect the wrongdoers.
In short, while NDAs are a useful tool for safeguarding information, they do not provide immunity or cover for illegal acts. Legal obligations and responsibilities always take precedence over any contractual agreements. So, it's essential to remember that if something is illegal, no NDA can shield it from legal consequences.”

Agree to disagree, just because money was exchanged, or a NDA, it was wrong. There were adults that could have stopped DS, but they wanted the money he generated, it’s ugly and wrong, the viewers deserve the truth. There are so many dead bodies, found, or lost, that crimes were committed, this abuse by a grown man is so harmful to the victims. If we don’t speak up, there will never be, peace for them. We are not doing the right thing to protect women, and children.

Constant Argument! But he was pretty good I guess with hand eye. I don't know anything about video games. I just didn't want him playing. Especially shooting ones. And he is a Marine now as is my youngest son. They are 5 years apart. My oldest is a Sargent. He just reenlisted. And my youngest son is getting ready to go to boot camp at the end of May.. ofcourse I'm proud. But I worry myself sick and I don't ever get to see them. My ex husband Dad is a veteran Marine. My ex is Air Force.. ( pushed Marines on my boys ).. anyway. I'm sure you didn't want to know all that.. My heart is heavy.. I envy Heather so much for having her boys to HER and close.. she doesn't want them in relationships yet. These ladies ( cough) today are not like we were and I recommend a very thorough screening process. My oldest son Is already Married ( which is common unfortunately in the Military out of loneliness), so you can imagine.

Heather, I know you like a Bethenny Frankel story. You may know it. But you know the History with her Dad she put out on RHONY on First couple of Seasons. Anyway, I am IN horse racing and BOBBY FRANKEL ( did I spell it write? ) but he is a Legend in the Industry. So much so that a Horse was named FRANKEL in his honor and was a CHAMPION IN Great Britain and I believe never lost a race. If you are in the Horse Racing Industry it's a Big Deal. I'm not as familiar with Great Britain as American. But I believe Juddmont Farms named the Horse after Bethennys Dad. If you look into Bbby Frankle and his contribution into Horse Racing and how he basically taught himself everything from going to the tracks as a child.... I mean, I of course don't know her relationship with her Dad. I don't think she gives him credit he deserves. The way Horse Trainers travel I don't understand how her stories align. As every parent makes mistakes as I personally think her Daughter will have her own resentments one day, bc of her behavior. I personally think she has to over achieve her Dad or something. I find it heart breaking and sad that Legacy not to be passed and celebrated by her and her daughter. But it's celebrated and recognized internationally. And Frankle ( the Champion Horse) bloodline will forever live on and annual races in Bobby Frankles honor. It hurts my heart bc we know she lived a Blessed life and I don't think she has the compassion for forgiveness for what every parent makes, and one day she will need it herself. Shame on her! A once Fan of hers, and now just another Beyond Bitchy thing to add to her list. Sorry if this was long. I don't know if Heather knew all this. Sorry for my Typos.

The older I get the more I realize that SO many of us had some resentments with our parents- even myself who had the best mom and relationship! I just had to have drama because she wasn’t exactly like me in my over emotional side! I began to realize after 50 I needed her ying to my Yang……it helped me to strive harder in all I did! I feel thankful I woke up and got to really express to her my sorrow for being bratty ( as she would have said being the youngest. And I guess I was often! ) when i now realize how hard she worked as a single mom waitress to always give her family the support, love and good life she did on her own! Did she make mistakes- yes! Did I make mistakes- yes! I think growing up is when you realize your mistakes were not failures but times we were given to brush our selves off, learn from them and become stronger! Bethany is still in bratty phase! Will she ever wake up? I hope so cause I’d be much more inclined to watch her podcast if it was about realizing some of her past childish “ poor me” behaviors- and hearing more about her childhood. This story alone had me intrigued and I haven’t had one once of interest in her negativity in eons !

Its interesting heather brought up Bethany because i was thinking this woman has a super calculated vibe just like her lol. Not in a bad way necessarily, but like i dont believe for one second this person stumbled into reality TV. She strikes me as someone who has probably been trying to get on tv for quite some time.

True…Bethany on several occasions talked about her efforts trying to have a career as an actress back in the 90s that’s how she met Kyle Richards…she would try to insert herself into Hollywood party crowds trying to clout chase and social climb..so you are correct ..Most reality stars are failed actors /actresses looking for any kind of career opportunity to still become famous…Ariana Maddix Scheana and alot of the Vanderpump casts all were aspiring actors

@@Missbusybee2010 omg don't even get me started on vanderpump. The fact that the entire world thinks Ariana is like an innocent angel drives me nuts. She literally started that relationship cheating with Tom. And I fully believe she knew he was cheating and saved it for her storyline.

Just because I don't know who she is doesn't mean she's a nobody. Just as her arrogant

The way Heather told what happened to that Elizabeth woman and her boyfriend in the car was horribly vague..... I saw that video she didn't just smack him, she had her hand fisted while driving socking him in the face. 2 times while talking he kept touching his nose to check if he was bleeding, and she kept hitting him hard. It's the kind of hit where even if he was cheating (honestly she's crazy i can see why), that kind of beating on someone is completely unwarranted. She kept scratching, punching, open hand slapping and at one point pinching him all while smiling and laughing on stream mocking him. Then while talking to her commenters trying to talk (i don't think English is his first language so he was struggling to get words out) she motioned again trying to hit him and he looked at her warning her not to hit him again and called her a B basically warning he's at his breaking point, mind you he couldn't just leave the situation because she was the driver so he was trapped in the car. She then grabbed him by the ear in a clawing motion as if trying to break his skin and that's when he snapped manhandling her head pulling her hair cussing at her and she then kept saying "ok ok i'm sorry", he then let her go, took the key and pulled her out of the diver's seat and sat in the driver's side himself and i guess called the cops because that's where it ended for me.
In the way Heather told it it makes it sound like a small girl caught a cheater and slapped him in the face the way women typically do in movies and their boyfriend just sit there accepting it, but this woman was straight up abusing that guy while insulting him to her chat even talking about his ethnicity and pummeling him, and physically she's bigger than him. You'd have to see the video yourselves, then you'd see why she's the one arrested. That woman's off.

It's pathetic how when women talk about their successes, there are certain women who call that bragging. That is what screams jealousy, insecurity and bitterness. Unfortunately some girls never mature past middle school, and even worse with how damaging it is when they role model that behavior to girls and young women because we always see the effects on those who grow up with that as an example. 😥😥
