NSWAs newer tactical vehicles are much more discreet. SOT's previous tactical vehicle was a dark blue troopy with heavy tinting. I've been inside it, and it's not much different from the regular SOT troopys. Nowadays, it's purely used as a runabout car when all the other SOT vehicles are taken. BTW, my dad was one of the SOTties at the Wallerawang crash yesterday. Not much else I can disclose now, but it was obviously quite a large scene.
We joke about seeing the SOG driving to an incident, (ex Ambo here) I saw a police tactical,team enter a first floor of a bank building, armed robber on site, so immediately a man was lifted onto first floor balcony, he kicked the door in and did all the moves just like the SWAT movies, the robber had escaped. Very impressive. 😮😮😮
I love the RAM leading the convoy! But that Toyota van has extremly poor emergency lights, both the product itself as well as its placement; Could as well put a banana on the roof and have an equal effect
