Bro been watching your channel for about a year now,its amazing how fast you've grown n now you hanging out with Tim!🤯 Congratulations and mad dopeness bro✌🏿✨
Man the guitar Tim is playing is pretty clear sounding even unplugged.
It's semi-hollow and has a sound hole in the top.
Yeah, I'm aware it's his signature nylon semi hollow guitar. I'm just surprised by how much it projects relative to how thin the body is.
"is that a Fmaj9?"
"Could be i have no idea"
Lol love learning by shapes and ear
This is so awesome to see as someone who's been learning Goose for the last like 6ish months.
both of you are such down to earth cool guys, it's always great to see that as the skill of a player improves, so does their humility
i would forget everything i know about guitar if i had tim sitting in front of me teaching me a song
Me too haha, not to mention the cameras catching all of your little errors😂

Dude! You are all in on music and I just enjoy playing when I can. As you know there is so much out there that we cannot possibly digest in a lifetime. EJ caught my attention way back then. Hearing Tim and crew blows my mind !
3:47 tim reached for the whammy bar hahaha
Tim is the most chill and patient teacher ⚡
So cool to see you with Tim man. Great video
Wow, I normally don't like to hear people talk too long before getting to like "the meat" of the video, but I really enjoyed listening to you, you have a way of telling a story that I really like. And the more I watched the video the more I enjoyed you, just your enthusiasm was all around awesome. I'm definitely going to check out more of your channel. And I mean, dude OF COURSE we want to hear your progress with that riff, don't leave us hanging!
That band has great hair product.
Goose is one of my favourite riffs and definitely one of the easier riffs as well. An amazing choice for him to teach. Also corrected some of the notes from what I was learning.

Pisses me off how cool Tim Henson is
Tim Henson is just a monster on any guitar… I’ve been playing 30 years… granted I’m a singer.. I play very well… and sing better than I play guitar… but this kid makes me wanna practice more and more … he’s just amazing! Wow first time I heard him my jaw dropped! ❤
just discovering tim and polyphia very recently and everything i see with the dude is so humble!! has become my fave player easily
Yeah, we’re gonna need that part 2!!
Tim is amazing. So creative, maybe like the Van Halen of this new generation of players.

Truly, except even though the songs are easier, it’s muh harder to replicate what EVH plays, it’s like no matter how I play it it doesn’t sound the same😂 it’s annoying cos he’s the only player where this happens to me
"could be I've no idea" I feel you tim
Hearing tim explain the chords the way I explain chords to my homies is so wholesome
I really like your channel Mike. Only discovered it today and have watched a couple of your videos. It's as if I'm re learning the instrument again. Keep up the great work!
Wow you sure taught this tim henson guy a lot!
"so thats an fmaj9?"
"could be I have no idea"
it's crazy when you can be that good and not know theory that well. theory is the only way I can make it work and that's why I'm destined to be mediocre, but it's still fun

This is amazing!! Hahaha love the collab!
Tim Henson not knowing guitar theory makes me a bit happier, because as a self taught player, I know none😭
Learn it or regret it later. Trust me
play metal/rock by ear, learn metal/rock solos by ear, combine techniques you have seen. take inspiration from anything, even the impossible you'd think to play on guitar. these guys all started as teenage metalheads.
After seeing every video with Tim
He's super humble and nice
Honestly, bro rarely cusses
Super cool! I’d love to sit down with both if you guys and get a lesson.
Such awesome video Cole,,and btw ,the version goose Tim played is so clean the audio is too good , specially on nylon that is some cool clarity
I just got a ticket to see them in Australia!! I'm so keen
THIS IS AMAZING 😱😱😱
Mike: "What is this? Ah... an FM9 XYZFDF@#$@#$?"
Tim: "Could be... I have no idea! hehehehehe" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This part gets me every single freaking time!
I first saw a short of him about 3 months ago on UA-cam. That inspired me to check him out so I spent some time doing just that. Yes he's impressive with spider like fingers. He seems like a pretty nice guy.
Only 5 seconds in and I literally laughed and replayed it 4x.
Best guitarist joke ever
this is just the start! you have great ways to go
Just sitting and talking guitar with Tim is worth the travel…
I love how much you are progressing man, it’s awesome to watch you along your journey 🎉

I love the fact that you will always learn something even if your a Virtuoso!! They both amazing players... I am only a little over a year playing guitar and as an older dude, most of my problems are dexterity. That is most of my practice time lol! I know that takes time! Awesome video!!
Made My Day Mike ! Thank you !!!💥
As somebody who is trying to learn, um, easier things… I appreciated watching this.
So glad he used "goose" it's my absolute fave from them
Tim on that PR tour. Good thinkin' my dude. Much love from DFW.
Dang my 2 favorite guitar dudes on the internet IN ONE VID WTF THIS MADE MY DAY
Tim lookin stylish af as always. Both of you had on some sick ass shoes tho 🔥
This is amazing! What an incredible opportunity. Well done Mike. 🔥
