This road is one of my preferred rides to do on the weekend, the scenery is great and the tarmac is not that bad. Thank you very much, yeah I'm also impatiently waiting for the spring but unfortunately I no longer have this bike.
@@diogo-motovlog That’s some change dude! I only ask because I have an 2018 cb650F. It’s my first bike (on road & above 450cc) … I hate the look of it but I love riding the dam thing. It’s just so much fun to ride it like a hooligan and let that 4 cylinder scream right through to redline. It was fairly cheap too. That being said I can’t help but look at other bikes but I just don’t know where to go next. I feel emotionally attached to this ugly bike 😂
Well I tend to rev match because I enjoy the sound of the engine blipping, apart from that it will wear your clutch slightly less because, the engine speed is closer to the gearbox speed when you release the clutch so there is less friction, but I guess it doesn't make much difference in the long term. Enjoy your ride!
I have the same bike as yours only with a problem in 1st gear and 2nd gear gives me strong jerks (ON OFF) can you advise me how to solve them? nice video congratulations
Hey, I didn't have any issues with the gearbox when I had this bike, sometimes a missed gear but it was my fault not the bike's, maybe try to adjust your clutch or change clutch lever to a short one, maybe you're not pulling the lever long enough to fully engage the clutch. It's just an advice I'm not sure if that's your problem. Thank you, good luck and have fun on your CB
Push the left handle bar forward, to begin a left turn, push the right handle bar forward , to begin a right turn. Once you get used to steering this way, you won’t be so freaked out in those turns, especially right turns. Countersteering, it’s called. I thought I wanted one of these but, the seat/leg arrangement is too tucked. I don’t like my feet underneath me quite like that. Also it sounds over tached for the speed. Love the inline 4 engine though. Thanks for the video! Ride safe
Well those tips would have come handy back in the day when I was learning how to ride but thanks anyway! Yeah the position is the main reason why I got rid of it, its comfortable but not aggressive enough to enjoy cornering, I've just tested the 2023 Z900 and it feels way better than this did. I like to rev it high, the point of this rides is to enjoy and have fun and not get the max speed out of each corner but I understand your point. Thanks for commenting! Ride safe ✌
@@512460 no, he means I'm revving the engine too much for the speed that I'm actually going. I could do the same speed with a higher gear and lower engine rpm but that's less fun for me.
@@diogo-motovlog ohh okay understood. Thanks bud. Also im considering between a bmw s1000r (gen 1 or 2] or a honda cb1000r Old gen (2009-2011) Used theres a £3000 difference between them. I chances are the honda would be more reliable and cheaper to run.
@@512460 you're welcome my friend. If I had to take any of those 2 I would go for the BMW but it will be more expensive to maintain than the honda, but the riding position and quality feeling is quite better, I've tried both already. If you want a mix of both and it's like inbetween price and power you have the Kawasaki Z900, position is more aggressive than the Honda and it's less expensive to run than the BMW. Ride safe!
hi i just got the same bike as you which handy mount do you use? nice video man i wish i could drive as good as you but i am still a bit afraid to lean the bike when turning^^
Great Video and footage! Recently bought 2018 CB650F and love your quad lock set up. Which mount have you got on there? Is it the fork stem pro or standard? Also did you require any spacers?
Thanks mate! Congratulations on the buy! It's a standard quad lock mounted to the handlebar with the original rubber bushings. There are no spaces its bolted directly to the mount, but if you do buy a quad lock mount you have to buy the vibration damper otherwise your phone will have the same destiny that this one had, gyroscope died, hopefully was able to get a new one because it was insured. Enjoy the CB, it's a awesome bike!
I live in Luxembourg where this was recorded. Indeed both are great unfortunately I had to let the bike go but I'm planning on buying another naked to join my GS soon. Greetings
It's a Quad Lock phone mount, I recommend buying the anti-vibration mount with it to avoid having problems with your phone gyroscope, I also bought the induction charger with the rain protection cover so I can ride in the rain without any issues while having my battery charged and still being able to use the touch screen ;)
I have watched many motorcycles videos in last 3 days, and looks like same 55 people, including me, click like on the videos, this 1 today had 54 😂 with me 55 likes 😂
@Darkandcrimson if you buy this mount, make sure that you buy the anti vibration damper that they sell. At the time I was filming this, I didn't have one on that phone, and it eventually broke the phone gyroscope that made the camera not work correctly anymore. Luckily, I had the phone under warranty and took it anyway 😅
Beatiful road! My CB650F is waiting for spring so it's great to see your video.

Enjoy your bike mate ^^
Really nice raw pov 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you ;)
Really enjoyable. I'm enjoying the same bike as my first. I love riding it in the twisties!!!
Indeed it's a very enjoyable bike, it has less power than 1liter bikes but for first bike it's just perfect!
Enjoy your rides and stay safe
@@diogo-motovlog thank you, and will do
Is it useful to give a throttle a push at the same time when you shift down a gear?

Não é Iman, é um suporte Quadlock com a respectiva capa
