In today's video I'm trying out the meal delivery service Green Chef. I went with the plant based meal delivery option. The meals were easy to make and delicious, but there were a couple fails as well. The price, as well as meal options were definitely downsides for me when it comes to comparing Green Chef to competitors like Hello Fresh or Blue Apron. Since you have the word "Dietitian" in your title, I was expecting comments on the actual nutritional content of the meals. For example protein-carb-fat balance of the meals, vitamins & minerals, etc. In other words, is this a good nutritionally balanced meal your body will thrive on?
