- This is a video of how we made a china bowl cake with ramen and suspended chopsticks. Its a pound cake with buttercream filling and covered with fondant. The ramen, vegetable, meat and egg toppings are all made of fondant. The chopsticks are real bamboo chopsticks.

Thanks. It's fondant. It's made of confectioner's sugar, glucose and gelatine. You can also buy ready made fondant. I believe it's available in most baking supplies store.
