PLEASE NOTE!! DIFFERENT BOLTS FOR DURAMAX 1500!! Bolts are accessed from above under the skirt behind the bumper.

There are two more bolts that have to come off that you dont show and they takes a 15mm socket. They are on the top side next to the bolt you mentioned was the last one to come out to get the bumper off.

I just swapped my front bumper. Those bolts on top do not have to be removed. I removed them originally based off your comment. Turns out you do not have too. They just go to a support that stays with the bumper when removed.
