One way to get more potatoes is put less soil and to plant. After, you can go add more soil to cover the plant. Make it for 3 times during grow. It will was born potatoes around all of the stalk until the bottom.

Planting is very simple but effective
waite 14 days drying out the gree, to be brown. Than the potatos will be better and longer to store for winter. when you harvest them, let them dry out (not in the sun) befor storege (in the dark).
That is a very good harvest for three buckets and only using half of the seed potato in each bucket. Good job!

그냥 싹이 나서 못먹게된 감자를 심어서 아직 싹이 나지 않은 새감자로 바꾸는데 성공. 😅

I too used to cultivate white potatoes in our garden. In 100 SqFt area the yield was around 40 Kgs. Used organic fertilizers and pesticides from seasoned cowdung, dead plants compost, neem leaf extract etc.

허리 통증은 질병이 아니라 자신의 체중이 누르는 중력을 견딜 만큼 허리 주변 근육이 단련되지 않아 나타나는 자연스러운 현상입니다. 철봉에 매달리고,윗몸 일으키기 운동기구에 상체는 아래로 하체는 위로 매달린 후 윗몸 일으키기를 하면 통증이 완화됩니다.
허리통증을 없애는 근본적인 해결책은 무거운 것을 들어 올리는 역도(스쿼트)와 높은 산을 오르는 것이, 허리 주변 근육을 단련시켜 허리 통증에서 빨리 벗어날 수 있습니다. 2017년 5월 초, 저는 척추전방전위로 13mm 어긋나 있었고, 요추 4번과 5번 사이 디스크가 87% 파열되어 없어졌으며, 흉추 11번이 30%가 골절로 손상되어 없어졌지만 요추는 골절이 되지 않은 상태였습니다.
저는 허리 통증과 운동과의 상관관계를 입증하기 위해 무리하게 역도를 하는 등의 방법으로 일부러 허리에 문제를 일으켜 고통을 유발하고, 그것을 운동으로 극복해 보기로 결심했습니다.
2017년 5월 12일부터 14일까지 무리하게 역도(스쿼트)를 하는 등 무리한 운동을 하여 요추 2번이 압박골절로 20% 손상되는 중상을 입었습니다. 면도날로 허리를 도려내는듯한 통증이 찾아왔습니다. 저는 고통을 참으며 윗몸 일으키기와 두 다리를 동시에 들어 올리는 등의 운동을 두 달 동안 매일 아침마다 했습니다. 그렇게 고통 속에서 운동을 한 결과 일어날 수 있었고, 드디어 7월 15일에는 사전 준비 운동 없이도 가볍게 일어날 수 있었습니다.
저는 위와 같이 허리를 다쳐도 운동으로 극복했다는 자신감이 생겼습니다. 7월 24일 오대산을 5시간 산행한 후,7월 29일 병원에 갔더니 요추 2번이 압박골절로20%가 손상되었다고 하였습니다. 그 후에도 설악산 대청봉을 즐겁게 등산하며 지내고 있습니다. 제가 요추를 일부러 손상시켜 고통을 유발한 뒤에 그 상황을 극복한 것은 허리 통증은 더 이상 공포의 대상이 아니라는 것을 증명해 보이기 위함이었습니다.
아무나 허리를 부러뜨리고 설악산 대청봉을 등산할 수 있다면 저는 굳이 위험한 실험을 하지 않았을 것입니다. 지구상에서 어느 누구도 허리 통증의 정확한 원인을 알고자 일부러 허리를 부러뜨리는 실험을 했다는 사람이 없기 때문에 제가 실험을 한 것입니다.
허리 통증의 원인을 알아서 그 원인을 제거하는 운동을 하면 누구나 허리 통증을 극복할 수 있습니다. 저의 실험은 그런 사실을 널리 알려 허리 통증으로 고통 받는 분이 없기를 희망하기 때문입니다.

Back pain is not a disease but a natural phenomenon that occurs when the muscles surrounding back area is not trained enough to withstand the gravitational force from one’s own weight. The back pain could be alleviated by doing chin-up bars, and doing sit-ups on sit-up exercise equipment while positioning so that lower body holds on to the equipment and upper body is near the ground.
A fundamental solution to eliminate back pain is weightlifting (squats) as well as mountain climbing so that you train muscles around your waist. In early May 2017, my anterior spine was displaced by 13 mm, 87% of spinal disc between 4th and 5th lumbar spine was ruptured, and 11th thoracic spine was fractured by 30%. Yet, the lumbar spine was not fractured.
In order to prove the correlation between back pain and exercise, I have decided to induce pain in my back with weightlifting and overcome my back pain through exercise.
From May 12th to May 14th, 2017, I overdid the exercise including weightlifting (squats), and suffered 20% compression fracture of the lumbar vertebrae. As a result, I experienced pain so severe that it felt like my waist was being cut off with a razor blade. Every morning for two months, I did exercises such as sit-ups and leg-raise, enduring the pain. After exercising in such a pain, I finally was able to get up on my feet, and, on July 15, I could get up without a preliminary exercise.
It gave me confidence that I could get over back pains with the help of exercise. On July 24, I did 5 hours of walking in the Odae Mountain. On July 29, I went to the hospital, and was told that lumbar vertebrae (n=2) showed signs of 20% compression fracture. Since then, I've enjoyed climbing the Daecheong peak, the highest peak of the Seorak Mountain. The reason that I've overcome the situation after I caused myself pain in the lumbar spine was to demonstrate that back pain is no longer an object of fear.
I would not have done this dangerous experiment if there had been anyone capable of breaking his or her own waist and still climbing the Daecheong peak of the Seorak Mountain. I did this experiment because nobody else in the world has ever done that - breaking his or her own back to figure out the exact cause of back pain.
Anyone can overcome back pain by knowing the cause of back pain and getting rid of the cause through appropriate exercises. I hope my experiment proves it and no one suffers from back pain.

I saw the video and grew in 5 gallon buckets..I used miracle grow garden soil with a little sand mixed in..no gravel!! Keep moist.. don't let the soil dry out.. Mix in some bone meal and use liquid miracle grow!! Keep the top of the container covered with straw...we had a good harvest!! Good Luck..Tommy G.
