Great to see videos again.
Pastor Reece, First of all, Welcome Back, I've missed you!! You look well! Now what I have had to do with things like this is take a pad of paper and line down the center pluses and minuses. What do you like about it and Why. What do you dislike and Why. Then from the smallest thing to the biggest thing in each side, READ over them and then PRAY over them. The Lord will lead you in the right direction. Personally I Believe He gave you a deal on this boat till He has a deal on what you want. That's just me. God Bless and SO happy to see you again. ✝
Bro that is my dream boat... absolutely insane find. I'll stick to my jon I guess.
I'm a huge fan of the Champions. I am going to have this one up for sale this fall. Stick around and I'll make you a deal on it!
Keep it great engine excellent Hull design!
Not sure why you really want a Skeeter over a champion. Champions are such nice boats. I really like that one! I don't understand the rage about very big bass boats.
Briggsfishingvids we’ll try to fish all day on a smaller boat with more than one person just one to two foot of deck space makes all the difference in the world no one likes to be squished fishing
Nuthin is gonna ride better or handle better than a Champion! Especially if it gets choppy!
Colin Reue I fish collegiatly for flw and bass I fish some huge tournaments in an 18 footer with no issues
Hey man great to hear from you you again!
Keep it
Missed you here
Great to see you on here again. Fish that thing my friend!
Obviously u keep till u have a great deal on a skeeter. By already having a boat u won't feel pressured into a bad deal on another one . Time and patience. Plus some boat vids won't hurt your channel none.
Looks like a nice boat Reece. If you're going to keep it, you've gotta weigh out the costs of repairs to make it tournament ready vs finding the skeeter in a decent price range that's already tournament ready. Glad to see you're back, missed you buddy!
glad to see a vid. missed them. hope all is well. merry Christmas and a greater new year.
put it up for sale with a good profit on it. If it sells, get what you want. If you can't make money on it, fish it.
Missed you. Great to see you happy.
Hope you’re doing ok!
Heck... 19-1/2 is plenty of boat & 65 mph is fast enough for anybody... I agree with you the carpet should clean up with a good brush scrubbing, & not much difference between a champion hull and a skeeter hull... They both should ride similar on the water... The only con with respect to that boat I see is the dual console uses up a little interior space when compared to a single console...
There is a pretty big difference between skeeters and champion. Champion handles chop better and corners better. And that's a fact
I would personally keep it because I like old duel console bass boats. Plus that is a really good engine.
Go with what you want and you will never have regrets
Long time no see brother, I hope all is well! When I lived in Oregon, if it was in the front yard, it was for sale. If you have a boat you can fish in, sell it. The lord will provide a buyer and your Skeeter, in his time. I think the important thing is, your ministry is out there, when the season starts again, how do you make that happen.
Just so you know, I had a stroke, this passed March, god has seen fit to keep me around but, I’m not as functional as I once was. I now walk with a cane and my left arm is slow. I’m very lucky and blessed to still be here at all. This passed year has been an adventure, a fishless one at that. I’m am planning on January 1 to start the year out right.
God bless and tight lines. John
I'd keep it! Those old Champion are Great hulls & they handle rough water Good - I'd do little remodeling on carpet & do away with the/ offside console in lieu if custom storage - buff that baby out & seal, tune-up outboard upgrade trolling motor electronics & once over on everything by include trailer then fish it long as you can! Remember God will put you where you need to be but you ain't got it bad now! Run that Dog-
I notice the new truck! I'd keep the boat. What does a foot make?
ja cu well said. Update this week!
Why don’t you just fish off it until you have the funds for the skeeter you want with all the bells and whistles you want and then buy it just keep that so you have something until your ready and are comfortable to buy the skeeter you really want
Honestly, I'd say sell it. It's not what you want which means it will be an eye sore to a degree. For me, it's the same way with reels and rods. If it's not what you truly like and want then it can be a tiresome topic. Sell it.
If its paid off cheap it!
I’d say sell it. There will be someone out there who will take it with open arms wide open who will bring in the new cherishment that has been forgotten!! Lol
Sell it to Earl, you know he loves champions haha
Nice boat I subscribe so come on over to crappie limit tv an return the favor hope to see u soon just a lil crappie fishing family friendly check us out tight lines N B SAFE
Sale it. Not a sleeper that you want. I have a 1999zx210c with 225 and I would not trade or sale for anything.
sell it. watch for what you want. save your money. reputation on that boat and motor is not good in oregon. have had a SX190 with 150 4 stroke yamaha and wish i still owned it. dont settle. get what you want and be happy.
Not a thing wrong with that boat... You won't notice any difference between that boat and a 20-foot Skeeter... Geesh... You have a dual console & nearly new engine... Definitely not worth trying to find another boat...
