Cool idea. I did something similar with canvas, clothespins and hinges. Now I'm thinking of a lazy Susan, wood 4x4 blocks and hooks. Good luck with ur event.

Also have double sided tape, my last event was so windy I just taped items to table, they were individually wrapped.
