It's kind of... extremely pathetic how much work they want to do under some KGB/CIA style secrecy. They're making fucking video games, not military secrets, you don't hear these insane leaks from other companies or even just people actively wanting to find leaks, because other companies talk to their community. Before GTA V it didn't matter because they released games each years through multiple projets and they were ALL hits, so we didn't have to wait and/or want to find what was coming, the games would be insane anyway, but now Rockstar is disconnected with how things work in the 2020s. You cannot drop a game, milk it for 10 years with obvious intents at pushing micro-transactions super hard and say absolutely nothing, complete radio silence on what you're up to next. Just a simple ''yes we're working on the next GTA'' that would have been posted in 2018 or 2020 would have been enough for the community to calm down on trying to do crimes to find wtf is Rockstar doing.
GTA 6 is gonna suck ass so hard considering none of the original writers of the games that gave GTA its identity work there anymore. All gameplay is gonna be hyper realistic animations that take 3 seconds to input through for a game that’s about being anti authority and doing crime and failing a missions because you’re not doing what you were told to do because they treat you like a baby that has to follow a movie like gameplay. All this from multi billion dollar company that hires PIs to stalk game modders because their crime is just want keep their older games alive and fresh. You damn well know the online is gonna be a fucking grind fest like how RDR2 was developed from the start.
Why do they ignore the creator community? We kept the game alive for 10 years not micro transactions!! They broken more stuff in the creator than they’ve added!
I had a Rockstar dev come give a talk about the games industry in our game dev/art class here in the UK. Said recording/photos where not allowed since they are currently working on GTA VI , despite his presentation having ZERO GTA content in it lol.
I've known quite a few people who worked for Rockstar over the years. Apparently the work is very siloed and a lot of it not very interesting. I'm also told the pay and benefits are also decent and reasonably competitive, but not going to set the world on fire. Although I did hear that the infamous horse balls detail wasn't actually intended and it was a mechanic built for something else, but someone applied it to the horse and got legendary status in the company for it.
Rockstar games aren't known for their security, especially since you can jump on online pc hit inspect element and boom IP address for anyone to see. Does no one remember anything anymore? Someordinarygamers did a whole azz video on it a while back..

It was easier too infiltrate some ministries of my country lol.
look, I love GTA. Its not my favorite series, but I'll sink a hundred or more hours into each one's story/singleplayer mode. But I have to admit that the "fanbase" of this game is at the point of Mania, the game is already a lock for the highest grossing game of all time, and they still clutch their pearls and act like they're protecting state secrets all in the name of driving up hype for something that's already maxed out, because it might make an extra $30...
Hype is already maxed out, locking it for more uprise will only affect them , people have a limited patience and hype even if it is biggest game ever, for a video game no one wanta to wait like dog dude, its not about release atleast they should communicate with their players and make announcement not a single bit they have guts to show
what they did to that kid for hacking gta6 is inumane. it's a video game. nobody was physically hurt. so locking him up indefinitely is insane overkill. Fuck Rockstar for that. Maybe if they weren't so secretive and invested so much into security like this, they wouldn't have 'lost' 5m$usd. Open their doors a little, let people in, let people see just a glimpse, and maybe people bored with a decade-old game won't be prying the doors open with a crowbar.
Rockstar does this for marketing, the same way Disney does it too. Whenever a new Pixar or Disney movie comes out the general public dosent know who wrote it or directed it. This keeps brand integrity when people leave the studio so that people arent following the artists but the rather the company itself. I don't think they hide themselves for the same chivalrous reasons you think they do.

Normal people are invested in the game, but not serious in any way
I've no idea how a meme channel came to making such high quality short-documentaries. Good for you though, I'm all for it.
Video production is so good, for all we know rockstar might've produced this.
Ahh yes, Rockstar games, if it aint the Apple of gaming world.
Hey man just wanted to say that you are the only UA-camr that I actually look forward to watching every month, exceptional quality 🤝🤟
for being so secretive they really get leaked a lot
before 2022 the only major leak they faced was the rdr2 map in 2016
Of course there are many leaks, they are making one of the most anticipated games ever
2 leaks = alot
@@grimyGobIin yes
@@grimyGobIin for their level of security two leaks is a big number
I rememeber doing an OSINT Red Team on the NY studios that I had to present infront of my class and professor. After weeks of trying to find a plan, I never really managed to find good intelligence on the studio. This work made me realise that they are not kidding at all when it comes to leaks. It was easier too infiltrate some ministries of my country lol.
look, I love GTA. Its not my favorite series, but I'll sink a hundred or more hours into each one's story/singleplayer mode. But I have to admit that the "fanbase" of this game is at the point of Mania, the game is already a lock for the highest grossing game of all time, and they still clutch their pearls and act like they're protecting state secrets all in the name of driving up hype for something that's already maxed out, because it might make an extra $30...
so true
Hype is already maxed out, locking it for more uprise will only affect them , people have a limited patience and hype even if it is biggest game ever, for a video game no one wanta to wait like dog dude, its not about release atleast they should communicate with their players and make announcement not a single bit they have guts to show
Rockstar knows their formula so well to the point where their games turn into works of art.
what they did to that kid for hacking gta6 is inumane.
it's a video game.
nobody was physically hurt.
so locking him up indefinitely is insane overkill. Fuck Rockstar for that.
Maybe if they weren't so secretive and invested so much into security like this, they wouldn't have 'lost' 5m$usd. Open their doors a little, let people in, let people see just a glimpse, and maybe people bored with a decade-old game won't be prying the doors open with a crowbar.
it’s crazy how you went from a funny meme channel to this and i fucking love it
i think bro was just clicking random buttons
Dude, this edit have no fkn sense! You went from making short to this, huge congrats
Huh?
@@DavidKen878 I'm just saying they don't hide themselves because it's cool, they do it for marketing. Y'know to make more money.
@@skadoomosadi1411 Nothing you're saying makes any sense lol
@@DavidKen878 In what way?
@@skadoomosadi1411 I'm every way lol. But if that's what you believe, then ok.
you guys have come far from the car meet days a few years ago. good job!
If you’re reading this ROCKSTAR …. I love you 🥺 take your time with gta 6
MMI cooked again with this crazy video, keep up the good work
Babe wake up, new MMI post dropped.
