Brahmbhatt ji, aapka bahut bahut dhanyawad. Radio ke prashanshak bahut hain sansaar mein, jinhone na jaane kya kya kiya hai. Unke aage to main kuch bhi nahin.
Aapko mere prayas achhe lage, usake liye aapka man se aabhaar.
Radio ke liye aur aane wali peedhiyon ko yaad rahe ki Radio kya hai (ya tha); isake kiye bahut kuch kar ke jaaunga.
Aap sabka sath mila hai to sambhav hua hai. Aap pasand karte hain to aage meaningful video banaane ka man hota hai.

Asha karta hu aap D109 ko Xhadata 808 se compare karenge...
Dekhiye jaisa ki maine kal live video daali thi, aur usamein ek comment pin kiya tha. Maine do jagah test kiya, ek kamre ke andar aur dusra bahar open area mein.
Kamre mein D-109 Delhi ke FM station pakad raha tha weak signal tha, aur R-108 ne us signal ko pakda hi nahin bilkul bhi. Lekin bahar open mein R-108 ne thoda better pakda D-109 se. Ab kisko winner maane ? Ye baad mein pata chalega. International reviewer galat nahin hoga, par main bhi galat nahin hoon.
Haan wo baat alag hai ki hum Bharat ke logon ko western logon pe jyada bharosa hota hai aur apne desh waale pe kam; ghar ki murgi daal barabar 😂😂😂😂
Rahi baat D-808 se compare karne ki to maine kiya tha, D-109 kahin bhi nahin thahrata D-808 ke aage.

Dear Parvinder ji.....I would like to give you some information which I got from XHDATA company through website via email. About 9 days ago, I have puechased D-109 through Amazon and just after 6 days, the front panel of radio stopped working except the clock display. I immediately returned and they refunded me the full amount as this was 7 days replaceable item. If problem occurs on 8th day, I would have been lost my whole amount. I communicated with Xhdata company and they said there are no service partner in India so in case of any problem you have ship it to China.
So everybody should know the fact before buying Xhdata radio. Thanks

See, one thing anyone buying Xhdata Radios should know - if it malfunctions with time, there is no solution or at least no cost-friendly solution.
But I am willing to take that risk because no Indian company makes a Radio like D-808.
Even if an India made Radio malfunctions, there are no Radio mechanics are out there in the market.
But brave-heart Radio fans are willing to take such risks I guess. Rest, each on their own.

Dear pravinder sahib I have seen review of XDATA D109 it seems to be good radio and it has same price from XDATA site though Shop pay. Please advise XDATA available on Amazone is original and no return policy if I received defective set then what will I do and also advise any gurrantee available or not. Thanks
मैं भी यही D -109 रेडियो लिया है सर ,overload की समस्या है सही कहा सर। मैं अब पछता रहा हूं मुझे मुझे r 108 ही लेना था ,अब रिटर्न डेट भी बीत चुका है लेकिन बैटरी बैकअप में D 109 ही बेहतर है।
Sound R-108 se better hai, aur battery back up bhi. Samay ke sath achha lagega aapko. Overload to karta hai. Par wo kahte hain na :-
Har kisi ko mukkamal jahan nahin milta..
Kabhi jameen to kabhi aasmaan nahin milta...

Maine aerial extended kr ke bhi देखा उससे kuch nhi catch ho rha he,,aur jese hi earphone lgaya fm catch ho rhe he
Abhay ji, kuch Radio aise hain jo Earphones par MW ya FM ke un stations ka reception bhi de sakte hain jo wo speaker par nahin chalayenge. Aksar ye signal bahut weak hote hain, itne weak ki inko itna amplify karke nahin badhaya ja sakta ki speaker bajne lage.

Excellent review Sir. However on Amazon I find two different prices for D109 and rather surprised to notice that. One shows price as ₹. 3469/- while other ₹. 10956/- with different MRPs. Both are from RADIOWOW Stores..! Thought to keep this informed for the benefit of all.

Your videos took my back to my old days (I am 61 now) and I bought a D109 and got it today.
Very pleasing sound (unlike of a radio sound, more of a hifi sound) and with fine bass and I being a Hifi Audio lover guy, loving the sound.
One question : I dont have a 5v 1Amp adapter readily available. So charging with a 5V 2 Amp adapter and device is getting charged. Very slightly warm after 20 minutes. Can the 5V 2amp charger harm the charging circuit? There should be a current limiting circuit in the charging circuit path. Isn't it?
However, I will buy a 1amp adapter but it will take a couple of days. Your opinion matters.
Lastly thanks to you again for your efforts in bringing the interest in radio back to masses.🙏

D-109 sound is definitely very good.
Actually you can charge it with 5V/2A. I have been charging D-808 with 5V/2A charger since beginning.
But why take risk if your new charger is coming soon.

Actually I was going through the manual where the company clearly recommends a charger with 5V and current rating >=1Amp. So I have decided to continue with the 2amp.

Nah. I have double checked. They have used the sign >= (Greater than equal to). You can also verify. I have consulted the D109 manual, downloaded from xhdata site.

Waise to aapko D-109 ki jarurat nahin hai. Usamein aapko Bluetooth/SD Card option extra milega aur Sound thoda sa extra bass wala.
R-108 ek fine Radio hai aur uska sound bhi kuch bahut peeche nahin hai D-109 se.

Ji, wo chargers bahut jyada Watt ke hain, main recommend nahin karunga. 5V/1A ka charger chahiye jo Pagaria R-917 ke sath aata hai. Ya jyada se jyada 5V/2A jo kuch saal pahle tak jo smartphones aate the 4/64 waale unke aath aata tha.

D-109 price ke hisab se dekhe to kam price mein jabardast package hai aur SW/MW par D-808 ko takkar bhi deta hai, sound mein jyada Bass wala bhi hai; par D-808 ke aage ye kuch bhi nahin hai.

(I can't guarantee the screen problem though, that's something I don't have a clue about).

Its written on the Radio not to use such rechargeable cells. But if you use them, of course the Radio will work.

Mobile works like FM, so buildings etc can obstruct signals. SW signals are not that easily obstruct.
D-109 is a very good Radio for SW listening.
(If you have some other Radio or if someone in your vicinity has a Radio; why don't you check if SW is working fine).

Like I mentioned elsewhere on your channel, I received this radio a couple of days ago. With my 2 days of playing, I find that, with the right atmospheric conditions, the D-109 is a very sensitive radio and can scan, pull-in & store many more stations with its whip antenna. This isn't the case with its elder brother D-808. The D-808 is known to scan and store noise signals as well - - on all three modes i.e. FM, MW & SW.
Yes, you have rightly pointed out that the D-109 suffers from severe overloading issue, hence unsuitable for serious DXers. Else, with its excellent sound quality, sensitivity and features, the D-109 is worth considering. Just MY 2 Paisa. 😊

See, the real test of FM reception is possible at remote areas. In my home, when I am inside the room and about to sleep, I want to listen some music in FM on Vividh Bharati; guess only which Radio catches distant FM stations without wire or external Antenna ? D808.
But as you mentioned, it has high threshold for signal strength while saving stations on tuning mode. So, you have to tune manually.
Meanwhile, I will have a look at those two holes you are talking about when I reach home; I didn't notice them.
I think those two holes are for mic. actually it is also a speaker phone, which is not mentioned anywhere but i found out accidently when i got a call while listening to music via Bluetooth and was able to speak through the speaker. that is why the BT button also has "/phone" symbol on it. All in all its a really great radio. when out and about or travelling you want to DX without external antenna...etc. i don't yet have external antenna setup at home so often i find myself going to this instead of D-808. I am long time listener of audio books from my phone using Bluetooth speaker. i am also biker/traveler, so this radio is excellent for me. i look forward to DXing on it from remote areas in future travels.
@@vikasmalhotra1766 ji, its mentioned everywhere that this phone can answer calls through Bluetooth. Its one of the key things mentioned on its product photos on Amazon. But in a 10 minute short video one can not mention everything.
When I make 1 hour long video on it, I will mention things that are not even given in its manual.

Bro, You bought most compact all in one with Bluetooth & Micro SD enable radio from xhdata branding I mast say 😉😎..
So true brother, it's complete package. On MW/SW, it is on par with D-808 even.
But it can't compete on FM with D-808.
And guess what, I also bought the birdie you wanted in preference to D-109. That Radio is completely on par with D-808 on MW/SW; but on FM it is weaker than D-808 and even weaker than D-109.
As a radio enthusiastic, I can surely tell you that MW/SW reception, we always looking for, not filthy local fm stations.. If anyone looking for Fm reception, it can never be able to get nicely in rural division.. But 10-15 FM stations can easily be available 24X7 at urban areas like town/cities for sure, on my personal experience, Dear Brother 😉😎..
