The average man cant fathom the amount of hard work these 2 truly put in working out past your limits is absolutely physically painful the burn becomes so intense your mind wants you to stop but your heart tells you to keep going. these 2 basically climbed mountains carrying builders for miles. these 2 are an honorable representation of never ever give up
They ate a lot, trained heavy, and did a lot of drugs. I can fathom that pretty easily, buddy. They were freakin bodybuilders, not Navy Seals.

Ronnie and Jay where by far the biggest duel to watch in bodybuilding history and probably will remain that way. Watched the entire video. It was fun and very informative. I would have to say though that Ronnie did not cry about ANYTHING! So with this mocking him on the title picture being a cry baby is totally disrespectful, rude and absurd.
Ronnie will tell u he never regrets any of it his past heavy lifting days. The man is a beast! I've gotten to talk to him very briefly at a expo and he is a very gentle person and his heart is just as big as him!
His only regret is he only squatted 800 solid ass pounds twice

People who judge between the two, also don't realize that Ronnie is 9 years older than Jay as well. Ronnie's a senior citizen who did what he loves and went super hard at it. Respect to both of these men for working hard. Jay is still in great shape but that just shows that we're all built different and some of us will change and go through health issues as we age. You're only here in the flesh for a little while, so you might as well go hard at whatever you love and enjoy your little time here in the flesh.

Jay looks really good here. Still huge, yet healthy. His skin is really glowing. He's the prime example of a Bodybuilder who did everything right and got out of the game just fine. Ronnie on the other hand...

Yes but ronnie mentioned before it was bad surgery for nerve damage it also happend to my dad surgeon accidently nicked a nerve now my dad walks like ronnie in lot nerve pain. The heavy lifting caused buldging disks but it was bad surgery ronnie mentioned in another vid
