Clive King's Stig of the Dump is a much-loved modern classic. It is the story of Barney and his best friend, cave-man Stig.
Used to listen to this a lot as a kid. Absolutely loved this story and narration, and the music has forever been engrained in my head. Hearing it now, I can still remember the images I had in my mind's eye when I first listened to this book over 15 years ago. I'm very pleased to find it here, while several other childhood audiobooks of mine seem to be lost to time!
My mom just sent me the book but there is something about listening to it that brings me back to my childhood. Now I get to share it with my daughter.

I used to listen to this every night as a child. Now, having had a really bad day and feeling intense anxiety preventing me from sleeping, I put this on. Such a comfort. Thanks for uploading it.
