    Thanks, these stretches are so helpful! However, this video would be a lot more useful and have way more views if you could actually follow along in real time rather than having to pause the video, set your own timer and then hit play after each stretch...

    I love all these but maybe it is just me that I do not bring a yogamat with me when I run in the city. It's hard for me to do these on a concrete/brick floor. But will definitely do this when I workout at home. ❤

    Would be much better if you held the stretches for the right amount of time. It was a pain to keep pausing and unpausing the video

      Hm I disagree, I ruck, and I would do this after every single ruck (3 miles, 30lbs, 30% of my heart rate, etc) and it felt so good and did so many GREAT things for my body not just in terms of the actual day of my ruck, but the day after my ruck. One or two times I missed this and I was in such pain the night of and the next morning.
      These are Static stretches, the point is to stretch lol, and most people stretch best on the floor. Ask any yoga instructor. LOL
