I was lucky enough to do the travel agent cruise on Freedom of the Seas when it was brand new and was the largest ship. Those are great cruises. Kudos to you for being able to do the same on Icon

I've never used a travel agency for booking a cruise, but I follow a few travel agents for cruise content (EECC travels being my favorite), and they do a great mix of "super positive about the ship, because you want to do it" and "here's the fun stuff we did on the cruise". Maybe the only thing I wonder if we will lose from you is any critical content- you don't want to be negative about a line because you don't want to limit bookings. I know some people manage this by just not posting anything about negative things (rather than being falsely positive), but then only post positive stuff about other things. I like the critical content too. Excited to see what is coming.

OMG why do people care so much about the most insignificant little issue? Anyone would have jumped at the chance to sail on Icon if they could experience it and create content. You’ve always been transparent. You wouldn’t have a channel if it weren’t for these trips, and we wouldn’t have your videos which provide entertaining and objective reviews. A.? E.g., well known cruise channel by Harr Travel has some excellent full-length documentaries of ship tours. . . but when I inquired about doing reservations through that agency, they replied that they do not handle customers who are outside the U. S. A. Absolutely disgusting to me to have that kind of nonsensical approach in the 21st century and also such discrimination.

Well put , liked the pic with Chris Wong who I also follow as he for an Employee of Royal is pretty open. I-CON has pretty much been a d,,, sucking fest by 99.999999% of the media . Common sense tells us even a great ship has faults, there's been nothing not even a "My Steak tartare " was under cooked and cold. I'm waiting for the reviews when the CON is at it's 7,600 passenger capacity and 3,000 of then are under 15. Love my Royal ships but not seeing myself on this pre-school park, I'll be on Oasis (Class) where adults are welcome.
If people are mad about this situation, they need to find something better to do with their lives. They didn’t pay for your cruise, the cruise you cancelled, the flight you cancelled, or anything else in your life.
