I hate gargling with salt water. I know how well it works but despise doing it. That brought me searching for an alternate relief. I didn’t even completely break the skin on the right thumb but the pain stopped!!! The left side still had some pain so I did my left index finger. All I can say is thank you, thank you so much❤

Or you could try taking about a half spoonful of mustard. In my experience it has helped me. Swallow it and try to get it on the back of your throat. It works for me.
I wish I knew this too..haha. Although I will say nutrition plays a big role, and stretching enough throughout the day. But sometimes it is a genetic thing.

Not to my knowledge. I mainly learned it as a way for severe sore throat pain. Not sure about swollen lymph nodes, will have to look into that.
