Man this is some awesome content! I'd love to see more of this BTS! It really is great to see your personality come out too with your conversations with the key players of the day. Great for marketing yourself!
Amazing video! Not only did you make time to mic up and set up frame for interviews, but you made time to shoot a whole damn behind the scenes youtube video!

@@JustinPorterMedia yeah, all I shoot with is anamorphic lenses, so I'm for sure gonna cop the Cato set. Trying to pair them with a S5IIX and a Komodo X. Hey, I’m curious-how did you mic the girl in the second interview at the beginning? I didn’t see any cables, even behind her! Did you use a lavalier and hide the recorder under her top? anyway awesome video!
Yo! Gem. Question - i think you mentioned at one point you continue to run audio to do a j-cut, but for the bridal shower moments, if the talents are mic'd up, are you relying on internet recording on them for audio + the tascam switch from camera to boom mic? At 14:40, you have Nikon + Rx, so I'm just curious how you make sure you don't miss audio!
@@lilsouschef yes. I can use the internal recording to cut audio. Even if the moment happens way later. You can hide it with the edit. At 14:40 I was on a missing specifically to get b roll. Hugs, smiles, etc. I had 3 people micd but I wasn’t hunting dialogue. This is why I said “what can be staged, get it later, what can’t be shoot it now. Hope this helps :)
@@KennethGreenCMP I’m not entirely sure if the bts was in log haha. I think it was. I didn’t grade it. I don’t typically spend as much time finessing bts.
Bro instead of diffusing at 17.26 i woulda backlit your talent and bounced light back onto your talent, that way you can still use your 5in1 to help create gradation on your talents face. plus it helps to separate your talent from the background
