yeah...i can see why stan could think of that being a meme build, but its really opressive on doctor. could be worse tho, merciless storm for example has every single skillcheck at a random position of the screen and random spin direction when affected by the doctor's power
stan running one of the strongest doctor builds on his best map and calling it a "meme build" is one of the stan moments in SR history. Can't do anything but sweat lol.
Doc is a character known not specifically for being good but for being good at ruining the fun of survivors and being able to just hold games hostage in the hands of an evil killer player
