Hello po, napapansin ko my mga nagcocomment na di maka proceed sa online payment. maaring down ang online payment sa system ng QCitizen.
kung hindi pa rin siya lumalabas til now, no choice na ma'am, mag over the counter nalang kayo sa treasurer's office Miscellanious bldg sa City Hall. e print niyo na muna yung order of payment niyo para di kyo makapag print doon at mahal mag pa print. Yung order of payment na pinrint niyo yun ang ipa kita niyo sa city hall. kung di niyo kabisado, maraming guard dun, tanungin niyo po kung saan magbabayad para sa health certificate. ituturo nila yun sayo. then kapag tapos na magbayad, yung resibo na binigay nila, yun ang picturan mo at e upload sa proof of payment. mag stay ka nalang sa city hall hanggang makuha ang health card. kung need mo din ng mayor's/occupational permit, kuha ka na din kung meron ka ng NBI. NBI at yang resibo ng health certificate ang kailangan sa occupational permit.
