I think an ad suddenly came in within less than 10 mins. This ruined my tracker as it needs to track at least 10 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise in order to get the points.
So I put a scotch tape on tracker and tape it to screen of phone ? My tracker has a vibration mechanism that may cause it to fall off the screen. Because it warns the user not to over workout by vibration notification
is there anyway or video that would change the heart bate rate sometimes during the video because we have to measure hearbeat for school and i have 180bpm for 45min in a row it kind of seem unlegit
Yeah this is doing nothing for a Polar OH1. A couple seconds after putting it on the screen at full brightness it just reports zero. So it somehow knows that it's an invalid state.
What mobile device are you using, try doing it on a computer screen and holding the watch on the computer/laptop. Some people had issues with newer phones like the iPhone X and up.
Do you have another mobile device to try...or try holding the watch up on your computer screen and see if it works. I am suspecting some LED displays don’t produce the right “whatever” to trigger the optical heart rate sensor. If you could please just put it against your computer screen and let me know. It would help a ton.
For those trying to get it to work with vivo active 3, it does work. You just can’t leave it on the screen. The watch needs to register movement also. So strap the watch around your phone and walk around for however long or something.
Does it work with a fitness watch like a fitbit which has a built-in heart rate monitor on the back of the face of the watch. I don't understand how to do this🙈 help pleeeeaaase
some watches require steps to be tracked at the same time as the heart rate. if u register max hr but 0 steps tracked in the same interval, the watch/tracking app may ignore the results.
@@lucidcorner That is an interesting tip. I may need to use this as the strap broke and not covered by warranty. But the initiative I took part in want to reward us extra for high heart beat. Maybe I need to scotch tape the tracker onto my screen as I run?
tip: turn the playback speed down to .75 if it’s too fast
my gym class makes us wear heart rate watches, this helps get a good grade
Now you can use this one to get a realistic changing heart rate ;) ua-cam.com/video/0uFuV_4opAU/v-deo.html
Spiritual Trigger except we’re forced to take the class lol
Spiritual Trigger I think they are talking about mandatory gym at school
my watch is only going up to 85, i’ve adjusted the playback speed , what do i do? any other ideas
Move it around

@@RICH_Photography y a sss

This used to work perfectly for me on an Apple Watch Series 4, but since watchOS 7 it doesn’t seem to work anymore. Any suggestions?
I have the same problem. Does it stop working after a few minutes for you as well?
Exactly the same. Usually mine goes upward of 150bpm and then drops to around 60bpm thereafter.
Have you managed to find an alternative one that does work?
Also having the same issue
Me too. Any solution pls
If you place your watch in the middle and focus on the watch the white will become Blue
Does this work for a chest strap for the my zone band
Unfortunately it only works for optical heart rate monitors, so unless it has those little LED lights, it won’t.
"How to get a seizure in 30 minutes"
😂
how to use suck kind of trick with holter monitoring device?
How long do fitness trackers last?
Any idea why it doesn't seem to work for a Garmin Vivoactive 3?
That’s totally odd...are the sensors flat on your screen...also what phone are you using?
@@RICH_Photography everything is flat, and it connected to the Pixel 2 XL.

apple watch 4, 180bpm
it worked and the tracker started beeping and showed a message to tell me to take it easy lol!
Epic!!! Don’t over do it now 😂 you gonna lose too much weight if you keep going 😂
@@RICH_PhotographyI realised I never thanked you for this video :D So thank you!
You’re welcome ;)
doesnt work on garmin venu any tips?
How come mine doesn’t work at all?
Easy. Just tap the camera and you pranked it.
Doesn't work on Garmin Vivoactive 4
Do have something for 150bpm ? This is a bit too high
You can use this one, it’s lower and variable - ua-cam.com/video/0uFuV_4opAU/v-deo.html
would this work with strap on heart rate monitors
Unless it’s optical with the green lights underneath.
it works on ultra. just need to move a bit to simulate movement i guess

It definitely does. Just start the video and place the back of your watch (those green lights) on the screen :)
Nadia Stahmer why would you want to use this
ha! awesome, my watch measured 181 bpm
Epic! Glad it worked for you 👍
Try the new variable monitor...it creates a more real changing rhythm through a workout :) ua-cam.com/video/0uFuV_4opAU/v-deo.html
Can confirm that it works on Galaxy Watch 4
same 149 bpm

It doesn’t work with all watches
It should work with any optical heart rate watch. Which phone and watch did you use?
