i have a 15yr old gsr150, really want to upgrade to this but the price doesnt justify, tried olx for 2nd hand, but users are saying tyres need to be replaced after just 28000kms, brake pads are costly, chain sprocket life is short and the entire swingarm needs to be removed to change chain, my current bike is serviced at nearby FNG and i have saved a ton of money by doing small chores by myself. is the maintenance also cheap?
Hi … The maintenance of the bike is cheaper in this segment as compared to its competitors. But if you compare it to your Gixxer 155 then the maintenance is double. Coming back to the cost of the bike then at current market none of the bikes justify its cost, not even Gixxer 150. But this bike justifies when you churn out the max power output. For any bike the tyres need to be changed at every 25 to 30000 kms not just v strom. And sprocket life is 15 to 18000 kms for most of this segment bike which is same for v strom as well. Hope this answers your concerns. Please make a informed decision as it’s your hard earned money bro 🤗😊🙌
Yes bro that would be a better option.... But remember whenever you decide to upgrade to higher CC engine bikes then maintenance cost goes up as bike cost goes up. 🙂
No bro… There is no such issue in my bike. You can watch my Pros and Cons video for in depth details about V strom 250. Also please don’t forget to subscribe 😊🙏

Day to day use in village long ride once in a month. Can't stretch above 2L. I am a big Honda fan boy but Honda CB 200x and hornet are not value for money I think. Currently I have unicorn 160 from 8 years
@info5635 check out Honda CB300F it’s on road price is 2.2 Lacs and there will some offers running due to festival. Check with dealership once. This bike is real value for money
@rakeshcj3773 It’s a very good bike but Bajaj’s higher CC vehicle’s reliability has been big question mark and their after sales service is the worst in industry. Also Bajaj vehicles chain sprockets quality is pathetic.
@commonyou7149 CB300f and V-Strom 250 are on different performance and budget classes. If your height is above 5.6 and if you are a person who loves having lots of of fun with your bike and if you can stretch the budget then blindly go with V-Strom 250😊 @commonyou7149 Please do Subscribe to my channel. ☺️

"waiting for your reply brother"!
@BhuvanX96 Thanks for your comment. To be frank there is a rust issue especially with chain. That will occur mainly if your riding usage is less or if you are not maintaining it properly. But you can change the chain to brass after 18000 kms. But Overall built quality of the bike is good. As I own Gixxer too since 2015 and it’s still in very good condition. Coming back to service, yes the Suzuki service is bit pathetic but if you befriend somebody from the dealership then you will get the best experience. Left side pulling happens if your tyre pressure is lower than recommended. One time I too had experienced the same but once I filled my tyre pressure it got vanished. But clutch is on heavier side but after riding for few thousand kms you will get used to it. If you want low maintenance and good performance with not so fancy features then please go ahead with this bike as it offers good power and torque with head turner look. Anyways my detailed pros and cons video will be up in few days. You can decide after that video. Please don’t forget to subscribe my channel 😊
No vibrations at all... The engine is very well refined. But if you are coming from smaller commuter bikes then you might feel a little vibration around 3000rpm but actually its not vibration, its just a buzz which is normal on higher CC engines. No, there are no wobbling issues at all. Hope this will help you.
Slipper clutch technology was developed mainly for Moto GP bikes. Slipper clutch is a newer version of our traditional clutch. These small 250cc bikes actually doesn't require slipper clutch . So for smaller bikes slipper clutch is a fancy thing.
Now a days 300 to 400cc bike cruise at 150 km speed when u downshift the bike aggressively it prevent from rare wheel locking and prevent from crashing. It is a very good safety feature and bike rides very smoothly
Riding it in bumper to bumper traffic is very cumbersome. And taking U-Turn is a headache as turning radius is on little higher side. Rest everything is absolute cheese.

@@chain_tensioner my tyres last around 40 to 50k, chain around 27-32k, so i think its better to keep it until the spares run out

On flat surface you can manage, if bike doesn’t have any extra weight. But in inclination you can’t pull back without getting off the bike.

Go for honda cb350 highness or Rs
