- in this video i had show you guys that how you can make your own prop coin at home by a very very easy method and very effective way
in the video i did't show how to make full coin but don't worry i just give u a idea
just make both sides and then simply glue them together and you will have a full coin
and don't try to use this currency this will not going to work
the things i used is
1.clay
2.candle for wax
3.aluminium wrap
4.coin
if the method will not work for you then just trace the coin using your fingures and then place wax and heat it up that will definatly work

@@Makeit2 is the coin the same weight as the coin you created? Is the coin you created hard, how did it get hard? What did you do with the Clay except pushing the coin in it? What about the other side of the coin? Thanks for the answers
No the weight of the coin will be be like 1/4 of the real one
I pore molten wax that gets hard after cooling down
I prefer to sprinkle a little power on clay before pushing the coin with aluminium foil as it helps to take it out easily
You can make the back side of the coin with the same process and stick them with some glue
@@Makeit2 how to make it same weight as the original one?, Why can't i use the backside of the coin to make the other side of the coin, why do i have to use another coin and glue them together? Lol it seems like i want to fake something but iam just interested of cool copies sovernoirs

There's a style of medieval coin that's essentially a hollow punched piece of foil, as in it's one-sided with the other side just being the negative impression of the pressed design. Hohlpfennig, or "hollow penny" is the term.
Another style used in scandinavia is a plate of copper with coin strikes on the center and corners.
And then there are clippings, wich are the same as plate money, except the part with the design is cut to function as a coin, like a metallic ticket tape.
And then there are the Russian "drop coins" that were made from drops of melted silver wire that were struck after solidifying.

Is the wax necessary ? is it causing a chemical reaction or something? Or is it for heat?
it's just for give the foil a solid base you can also use mooten plastic or resin anything that converts itself form liquid to solid.
you can put water in it and freez it in freezer and tyen you have ice coin🤪how cool that will be🤔
