  • SPICY MAYO RISK RECIPE
    Material :
    skin :
    200 gr wheat flour
    2 tbsp tapioca flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp stock powder
    500 ml water
    1 egg
    20 ml oil
    filling sauce ingredients:
    230 gr mayonnaise
    2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
    2 tbsp chili sauce
    Fill in:
    smoked beef
    Cheddar
    boiled eggs
    coating:
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
    How to make :
    1. Boil water and boil the eggs for 14 minutes (perfectly cooked)
    2. Add the wheat flour, tapioca flour, stock powder and salt then stir until evenly mixed while pouring in 500 ml of water until the mixture becomes thick and somewhat runny. Pour in the eggs and cooking oil then stir again until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and strain the mixture.
    3.Strain the mixture to make it smoother
    4. Heat the Teflon and pour 1 ladle of vegetable risol mixture then cook the skin until cooked and no longer sticky
    5. Finish making all the risol skins then pour the mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk and chili sauce (to taste) into a bowl and stir until mixed.
    6. Cut the smoked beef into several pieces, followed by cheese and boiled eggs (as filling for the risol)
    7. Place 1 sheet of risol skin and add fillings such as smoked beef, cheese, egg and mayonnaise then fold the risol like risol in general
    8. Break 1 egg in a container then coat the risol in the egg followed by breadcrumbs/bread. Do this until all the risol is used up.
    9. If you want to make frozen food risol, you can put it straight into the refrigerator
    10. Heat the oil and fry the risol over medium heat until cooked. The risol is ready to be served
