For some reason mine won’t turn on. Any idea why? Can we check if the V+ and V- is getting power?

Thanks for the video but I have a few questions - Is that wire included with the panel? If not is it stranded or solid? How long is the wire if it's included? I'm wiring to a receptacle in the attic and I'm wondering what is the max length of the wire? Thanks!
