That was brilliant. I feel capable of stripping down my own fx wildcat now I've watched your vid. Btw, does the screw holding the hammer spring have locktite on it. 👍
Alison McIver the anti tamper cap (Brass) has locktite but the hammer doesn't, the hammer screw is loose so I suggest putting a fibre washer in so the Cap can lock down tight into the hammer screw.

It's not easy to find someone willing to show the complete disassembly line of an airgun.And, comparing fx wildcat-streamline with the royale-boss-bobcat series, have you found differences in the build quality and materials between the two groups?It would be nice to watch some kind of comparison between brands, engineering and material quality wise. Daystate vs Fx or Air Arms, etc.Anyway, your videos are awesome, keep em' comig please!
Great videos by the way. I have question about the safety. There is a small 3 mm ball that detents the safety. How do you disassemble it, or replace the ball and spring?

Adam, I have a collection of air rifles amongst which is my AIR ARMS NJR100 and its leaking air from both ends of air cylinder ,it's probably a seal I know that much but I can't remove the regulator any guides on how to would be greatly appreciated. Ps, no one seems to have guides on this old beast of a gun. Rgds. A.M.

Hi again, learning to do quite a bit of customising to my fx air rifle ,thanks for that, but must ask again, the Allen key screw underneath the brass plate on the block seems to be very tight I insert the 3/8th Allen key but it just won't turn don't want to break anything,don't. Want to force anything, maybe there is locktite there after all..Rgds A.M.

Hi sir Thanks for sharing your video. I have a Fx wildcat 22 and just i removed the air tube and put it back witouth open the cap for regulator but started leacking the air ,every night about 10 bar . could you help me to fix it please ?
bstrdmissed sounds like the valve is letting by if the air is escaping down the barrel. When it's completely empty unscrew the cylinder to gain access to the valve, you may be able to get away with a good clean up before reinstalling with a light touch of silicone spray. Good luck

If you had a sub 12 one but you replaced the spring with an FAC one would this then be the same power as an FAC would put out ?

if it's not broke don't fix it, only sevice it when you notice something is wrong, just keep the barrel clean and a light oil on mechanical parts

DT11 are you sure it's leaking from this part?? It's a 1/8 bsp self seal.
Are you sure it's not leaking from the small breathing hole on the cylinder?
How often do you need to change the o-ring inside the barrel? Mine (30ft/lb) broke every 400 to 500 shots, is this normal?
haven't had an issue due to the low pressure workings, I would suggest using vition seals, stronger then the standard ones.
What are the pin sizes needed to open the air reservoir? Just want to be prepared when i do the taredown for some maintenance. Cheers
