weil die Sauerteigzeit des Teigs nicht in der Brotzubereitungszeit enthalten ist

The mixing was the 5 minute part. Some breads you have to knead for at least 10 minutes and your arms feel like they want to fall off.

Other countries use metric system. I do not believe this is in the United States.
Trouble is no one outside North America could understand. The rest of the world uses either imperial or metric measures.
Cup measurement is generally only done in America, the rest of the world use grams
