Video idea: I’d love to see your ranking of all the DC black label magazine size hardcovers. I’m thinking about getting into this format but not sure which ones people consider the best ones.
Great haul Omar! The New Frontier is such a good book, i'm glad I bought the Absolute edition. As for Christmas I got: Fear Agent Deluxe Editions, Cyberpunk 2077, Wasted Space, The Tower (Obscure Cities), Berserk deluxe 14 and some other manga volumes. My favourite book in 2023 was The Ballad of Halo Jones.
If you liked Halo Jones, check out The Out. Also 2000 AD. Similar vibes. Almost a spiritual successor. My favourite 2000 AD strip from the past couple of years.

We might complain about the lack of quality in monthly comics but gosh there are so many gems and so much variety in collected editions! Thanks Omar, it’s like Christmas every other month for you!

I got the trade paperback Vol 1 of Superman: Supercorp by Joshua Williamson from Amazon so great to see the main Superman book and Action Comics doing well again along with Batman/Superman: World's Finest. Took a few months off from getting collected editions but getting some more soon. Keep up the great work Omar love the channel and your content.

See, for all the jokes about the monthly budget meeting videos, it’s these great haul vids that most threaten my wallet. By being able to blaze through a bunch of books - often unusual and indie ones - and see a bit inside, I end up just adding and adding to my list. I think it was in one of these that I spotted Golden Age, which remains perhaps the most beautiful graphic novel series I own. Thanks for doing these videos!
Black Friday was good with both Kirby's Fourth World Absolutes, the Kirby DC Omnibus, the Twomorrow Kirby Love and Dingbats and all three Black Science.
My Christmas/ haul was Spider Verse omni, Nice house, DKD8, three jokers, ASM 5 Wells and had X-Men epic brood saga come last week which I'll have to send back due to water damage. My wait to read it will have to wait a little longer.😔😀
I would love to see overviews of Absolute Infinite Crisis and the New Frontier Deluxe Edition. I have the omnibus of Infinite Crisis, but that absolute looks beautiful.
I would love to see you do another reading order for the flash since there are more books now than the last time you did. Would also be fun to see you review some of the newer flash books too, like the Wally West run by Jeremy Adams 🙂 That run is also very loved by Wally fans! I’m surprised you haven’t done a video or two about that run yet 😅
I'm shocked, shocked that early Hulk is only two volumes into Omnis while other titles are well into volume six or more. Here's hoping we get up to volume 3 since I've been unable to find Epic Vol 4.
Hi Omar, one question about world war hulk. How is it mapped? I read somewhere that the first 300 pages have the entire WWH and then comes the other stuff. Is it true? There is a big sale going on and today's the last day. Hence want to ensure mapping before i order
