@BigBoyWhat what if you did it with only your katana? If you have to use it then why not only use it? Also one thing to help you is that if you go to the place where you save the blacksmith, you can kill everyone inside- and then one of the civilians that moves back in will give you a charm that is good for resolve, I think it's either an increase to your resolve or getting resolved every time you break an enemies defense. Do not ask me how many times I have attempted to once again orphan the main character.

You're basically playing Ghost Of Tsushima in a historically accurate way
Usually they would just shower their enemies with arrows, then they went to a certain phase in their existence where that ornament known as the katana became a weapon.
@@assfuckerthejointpounder5834 the whole samurai using swords and other melee weapons was mostly during the sengoku period and even then it wasn't the katana being used it was mostly the tachi and naginata spear

Just to make this a little easier, you should’ve gotten Uchitsune’s bow, another weapon and explosive arrows
You have to dual a tengu demon and because you don’t have to fight it to progress it’s against the rules

Did you use a Great Bow and Large Arrows? You can get this bow in one of the sidemissions and it deals insane damage. It oneshots basically any enemy in the game. Also, with this bow you can shoot fire and explosive Large Arrows, that are also OP. I swear, I used this weapon more than katana in my playthrough

Also bro you should've used hot springs more. This will greatly increase your health bar. Might help more in boss fights
I’ve noticed the health bar increases when you just use the fast travel to a hot spring (I don’t know if it works for other locations)
I’m 110% sure you can beat the whole game (besides duels obviously) with just the bows, you just need the right charm set up for concentration, arrow damage, and arrow returns

The samurai were very well skilled with bows especially from horseback Samurai were trained from horseback from very young ages and took correct people in the historic venture of samurai the first sort of the summer I was not the katana was actually the tachi which was created to fight from horseback the katana didn't come to be created until like the 1300s and Samurai started fighting more on foot than on horse not to be rude because this dude fights mostly from horseback is more likely a tachi that he uses than a katana
It isn’t historically accurate but jin does use a katana
The Japanese dub does call the Katana a tachi to be more accurate. Jin story was based on the samurai who was knocked off his horse and lost his bow who then killed at least 25 Mongols alone with his sword before being killed by an arrow in Tsushima.
