Luke goes to see Cusak to get some answers about Laura (I HONESTLY forgot how intense this man can be... watching him in the current day is too weird.. at one time Luke Spencer was one of the most passionate characters ever.... now.... not so much.. what a waste of acting talent!!) Laura plays cat and mouse with her captors.
Text comments always GREATLY appreciated. I love to discuss the story. Makes all the sharing worth it for me. Please I understand everyone's frustration... but there are plenty of other message boards to vent on. Please do not say anything negative about a real human being. GF is SO great at playing a pregnant Laura. Her humor skills are terrific and both she and TG have wonderful expressive faces. Love watching them 'do their thing'. More please....

Luke and Laura (and TG & GF) at their absolute BEST!! Luke in protective kick ass mode, and Laura in danger, but never weak, afraid, or helpless... no way! This Laura is brave, clever, resourceful, and I absolutely LOVE how she is messing with those buffoons (guess those psychology courses are paying off!) And I also love the simultaneous pregnancies of Laura & GF... the way she rattles off the every nutritional need and risks facing the expectant mother (she acts like a FIRST time mother FOR REAL!!)...you know that this is GF speaking through Laura! 😊
Yeah Susseq I miss this Luke! The emotional, angry, loving, and warm Luke! Tony Geary showed so many emotions for Luke! I MISS IT I WANT IT BACK! I love 30 something year old Laura in this kidnapping. Teenage or 20 year old Laura would act so much differently. :)
How many times does Luke have to sit down and talk with Frank? AS MANY TIMES AS IT TAKES!

Why dose it take one to know one? Look most of this is Helena Cassadine’s fault anyway. Plus not to mention Frank Smith and those damn troublesome Quartermain’s to boot so get over it guza get smart get out or help put the Spencer family back together again. 2023 and the current writers are doing good at letting Genie portray Laura as a strong, independent and funny woman once again. Her romance with Kevin is growing on me, I love her friendship's with Scotty, Robert and Sonny. She is true to the Laura that we all fell in love with. Such a shame it took Tony retiring for us to get Laura back full-time, but the way he was portraying Luke as a drunken loser I don't miss that Luke.
@jlomax Well Genie Frances was pregnant in real life. So, maybe the writers gave her light material to work with instead of dark material. I mean did you notice we didn't see her get kidnapped.
I think they had to make the kidnappers stupid and add some comedy to take the edge off of the subject matter. Kidnapping a preganant woman is serious stuff!
I know... it's ridiculous.. my husband has a master's degree in gerontology... people do NOT mellow with age... their own personalities intensify.... which means we are being deprived!!!

Honestly it wouldn't bother me half as much is they actually gave two of their best actors; TG and JE SOMETHING, ANYTHING to play!!!
Why is Tracy so all important all of a sudden? Why there is not a thing that Luke and Tracy can do now to impress me at all. Together there is not a thing to even make me or other faithful Luke & his Laura fans to sit up and take any different’s all they do is yell order other people around and drink until they are both under the table just to drunk to care about anything or anybody... Just keep the drink’s coming and make sure you don’t run out of ice....I thank youJMVHO.Rosie out ...But never silent.
