If filing down a thread and putting in a battery is that dramatic for them, then my job as auto mechanic must be a pure action movie.
I absolutely ADORE the kettenkrad, such an unique vehicle.
I've used s thread file a million times in my life and it was never that tense.

To be fair if they messed it up it could have been an absolute nightmare in getting a suitable replacement. That's probably why they were so tense. That's just my opinion though.

What exactly did they do? they restored a pin for the wheel and cleaned up the battery cable

If you visit the Quest TV website, most of the episodes are there to be watched for free. They've been uploading lots of episodes the last month or so. All of S1 and S2 is up, most of S4 and the first 4 of S3.

Kettenkrad and rare ? I knew of some rotting away (about 5 in Germany, 8 in Austria and 16!!!!@ in Norway)
They built 8500 during the war, and 550 after. Kind of rare, but this show makes it sound like they have an ME 262.

It's daft, isn't it? What should have been a mildlly interesting bit about replacing the battery in a Kett, turns in to some overhyped nonsense, and makes the twins, who are genuinely brilliant engineers in their own rights, become participants in a 3rd rate, day time reality TV show.
