Great advice man. The only thing I would change, is how to message people on FB. From my experience, I’ve gotten MUCH more responses on Facebook by first asking if they’re product or service is still available. This makes them think you’re a potential customer so they don’t ghost you. Then you can turn the conversation into how you can help them.
This has helped. Can you do a video where you outline all the categories needed in the skill of running an agency? So the basics outlined doesn't necesarilly need to be super detailed but I think it would help me and others get progress much faster. Thanks a lot I appreciate this content

Great video man, if you hire a media buyer you have case studies to show tho. You don’t need to work for free. It is still difficult to land a client even if you have a media buyer.

Don't your clients profit margins need to be ridiculously high. I'm saying a minimum of 40%. To run ads with a reasonable ROAS of 2.5? If you have a product that costs $20 and a ROAS of 2.5 with a profit margin of 50% (which I though is ridiculously high). Product price =$40 with ad costs being 40/2.5=$16. Meaning final profit will be 40 - 20 - 16 = $4. That's excluding all other expenses involved in the business. Does this mean you will need to find clients with a very high profit margins?
This type of marketing service works best for service based businesses as i guess because the upfront capital is not so much needed in service based business. Its more about how much value you provide, so lets say if we have a gym(took the example from the video) that without the help of social media marketing, makes around $5000 in revenue with 100 people having $50 membership each month, unlike product based business, it does not have margin as it has already paid most of its running expenses as capital, it just has to pay the rent, and maybe underpayed employees, lets say 3 employees for 500$ so its $1500 + the rent... so if after the help of social media marketing which cost the business around $2000, the business's revenue jumps to $10000... so the additional $5000 a month will be giving out ROAS of 2.5,
