OMAX Intelli-ETCH is an advanced feature in the premium Intelli-MAX software suite, which allows users to create 3D relief images in materials. A digital image, such as JPEG, BMP or PNG, can be loaded to Intelli-ETCH, where it is converted to an etching pattern with user-defined minimum and maximum speeds. The file is then ready to send to MAKE, where it begins the abrasive waterjet machining process. An OMAX waterjet is designed specifically for precision, speed and acceleration, allowing for precise speed control for etching a 3D relief, which is not found on any other abrasive waterjet machine.
